I thought she did a very good job for what she had to work with. I really feel that since his death this has become of his top 3 quintessential songs, the most powerful, universal popular songs. Any other MJ loving fans agree with me? Personally, I think it is his best song of all time.

This is a hard song to sing, and it's hard to convey the message without the EPIC sound. When it's acoustic it loses it's luster. She did the best she could, and it's nice to see someone do Earth Song- everyone does the same old Beat It & Billie Jean thing. Great choice of a tribute.

I was working on the John Peel Stage when Little Boots turned up to play.

I thought they were the best act on that day by far.

Bless her for trying this song, not the easiest MJ track to do, I would say she didn't have a great deal of time to rehearse it before going out live with it, even Lilly Allen confessed she couldn't even think about trying this number as the vocal is too tricky. Good on yer girl, not a bad attempt, Respect to Little miss Little Boots.
