@headsho9t Hi mate, A real Merlin has 1650ci, but this 91Fs is .80/.91ci with an RPM of 2000-12000 and has a Wt of 22.4oz and thanks for the intrest I am currently building a Pilutas Porter 2.7M W/s with a 30cc DLE petrol engine, a lovely aircraft.

Hi mate, thats a video of a Hanger 9 kit spitfire with a 91 four stroke 63" wing the kit comes with mech retracks included and flies great you should be able to purchase it in London just look in the phone book for a reputable hobby shop near you or a local RC club if you are not already a member its a great kit and easy to construct good luck . A member of my family now passed was a member of the RCAF and flew a Hurricaine and then a Bristol Blenheim , of which none remain. Because of him I've always loved Britains Guard dogs , the spit and hawker. Good job. Keep your eyes peeled for the hunn in the sun.

Hi Mate, thats correct, if you are just starting out best to buy a trainer aircraft, depending on size an engine will cost $70-130(Australian)a JR 2610Tx-$400 you can get a JR flight pack of a Rx and 4 servos for $170 the transmitter can hold memory of 10 aircraft/helis/gliders so is a one off buy, you should find a RC club in your area they will be very helpful and friendly,

i had a mustang around the same scale as that but crashed it on the first flight due to engine cutting out

it had problems with tunning as the engine was mounted upside down for better realisim

of aperance

since then ive stuck with electric models as there far cheaper and more relyable than engine models :)
