  • Po-LICE

    filthy fucking germs

  • The civilian population are the ones who have the power to hold police ACCOUNTABLE. The unions are not part of the Goverment. WE THE ppl with our vote!

  • Common sense suggests that there should be a cutoff point for anonymity, so that serious or repeated misdemeanors are reported. But there's not much common sense when lawyers get involved !

  • Try to hyde from the public, and continue to beat the public.

This is called: " TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER ".

    It's a shame.

Law officer and public should respect the same law. Why a cop's name should be hide and the name of a tax payer declared.

  • Thank God for technology cell phones and camcorders!!!

  • "We make mistakes". Like mistakenly beating a suspect, mistakenly killing an innocent person, mistakenly lying in court.

  • What deters them from continuing to make mistakes.

  • If a member of the public makes a mistake, and is charged it haunts him/her to the grave. Why this stupid argument then? Police are free to make mistakes?

  • "everyone makes mistakes" - lol the way that guy said it was the same way a messed up dad would defend his rapist son. unbelievable how much he downplays what is actually a very disturbing issue.

  • O'Neill is a piece of shit... I hope the DOJ digs up a lot of dirt on this asshole during their investigation.

  • On march 16th 2011 Perry Alexander Jr. was brutally beat by gardena police officers. On september 28, 2011 he's set to attend court in torrance at 8am. Police brutality has to stop! With the support of the public i believe we can do this. This can happen to anybody at anytime...and it has happened to many people daily. People are afraid to speak on whats right. Now is the time to let your voices be heard. On September 28th at 8am there will be news casters stationed in front of torrance court..

  • Seattle Police are a fucking joke......try your lame shit down in LA

  • As ñong as they beat the niggers and spics...i dont care

  • @EveryNameIsUsedDamnF SPD doesn't care what color or sex you are.. everyone is fair game in Seasshole.

  • sure...that's what the SERVANT needs...to be able to "Get Away With Stuff"...sound like corruption...or just a long train of abuses and usurpations

  • COP SAYS: To Have Their Names Plastered All Over The News And Have It Haunt Them ..... - In other words he means to treat them just like anyone else who commits a crime.....

  • Mox news? Lol whoever made this video is pathetic.

  • @ihenry... Obviously a cop or military man.. I think you were a family member of a person who was killed by a cop that was acting a fool, you wouldn't be so quick so say what u have about people...and no it's not alot closer than a mob rule it's the same thing basically.. Just uniformed, and they won't tell you who they are after they fuckup... I for one would much rather have mob rule... They only kill cops and people who fuck with their drug supply

  • ha no someone fucks with my shit they deal with me not any fucking pigs

  • I love how all these fools complain about the police, but when something goes wrong, who is the first person they call... The police.

If you don't like the police, the next time you get kicked, beat, stabbed or robbed just call your mother and cry to her.

The police aren't perfect, but its alot closer than mob rule.

  • It's fucking crime most people go to jail for that shit

  • It should "haunt" them forever, they are the little bitches taking advantage of their positions calling it a mistake.

  • The Arbi-traitor still needs to follow state law and so do the police departments regardless of their policies...

  • Basically they're saying police unions are above state law which requires transprancy.

  • those cops should have been kicked in there heads

  • Haunting actions haunt forever

  • Seattle cops are Great! Been here for 20 years.

  • "if their names are released it will be all over the news it would haunt the officers forever"

if you withhold the criminal officers names then that would haunt us citizens everyday, scared and worried about which cops is the one that severely beaten that one guy yesterday or killed a kid the other day.

  • Police - The most powerful gang in the world!

  • well of course if the officer made a single mistake he should have his identity all over the media, remember, it can only take one stab, or one pull of a trigger to be a murderer.

  • The Seattle PD is known nation wide for their abusive behavior. There use to be a SPD cop on Military.com and he was a real asshole. I looked up his record and he had been in front of IA several times for abuse. The damn union is protecting these asswipe cops. They are no better than street thugs. I spent 20 years as a cop and there is NO excuse for this crap. EVER!

  • @TheRowwdy

Thank you for speaking up, and doing the right thing..

  • @ouchie666 You are welcome. I would also add, if the cops are doing their jobs per dept. regs and state law, they shouldn't care if they are being recorded. In fact, for the good cops, they (recordings) can be quite valuable to prove an officer innocent of false charges. Being a cop these days isn't easy, in fact it gets worse by the day, but there will never be an excuse, in MY book, for dirty cops or abusive cops.

  • I don't think he knows what a mistake is.

  • How about "mistakes" make by members of the public? They have their names and faces plastered all over the news. What a bunch of hypocrites.

  • Guns don't kill people, and knight sticks don't cause concussions. Seattle cops do.

  • Oh piggies, u never change.

  • Racial slurs, stomping, kicking and shooting unresisting suspects is par for the course for Seattle cops. As long as they get away with this stuff repeatedly, their behavior is going to escalate until they feel totally comfortable just shooting civilians on sight for no cause at all.

  • @nestfeather SPD is a gang of human filth.

  • STUPIDEST AMERICANS HAVE NOTHING TO DO JUST STALK AND HARASS INNOCENTS PEOPLE... DUMMIES!!! JUST BEC, SOME RUSSIANS MAFIOUSES TOLD THEM TO DO THAT!!! (YOU DON'T HAVE A SLICE OF A CLUE HOW THOSE FANATICS RUSSIANS JEWS MAFIA AKA CHABADNICS WORKING) - THEY NEVER WILL SHOW THEIR FACES THEY ARE THE ONE THAT POLLING THE STRINGS BEHIND THE SEEN!!!!

  • Oh the poor "innocent" officers having their names posted in public all around to haunt them when they just made a mistake like anybody else...gimme a break. What about people arrested and presumed innocent until proven guilty who get their mug shots (nobody looks good in a mug shot) posted on the internet along with details of whatever they allegedly did? Tell ya what...how about we let people investigate themselves and tell the police if they are guilty and discipline themselves.

  • When citizens make a mistake it gets plastered all over the papers and they go to fucking jail, thus haunting them forever. What makes cops so special?

  • i did coke.. i thought that was a mistake but not the judge haha

  • I am not afraid of a terrorist taken my freedom throughout history most people lost their freedom by a police state police are armed & retarded they will do exactly as they're told they always persecuted and crucified people they are the same type of people that crucified Jesus Christ and they enjoyed it and they robbed him of his clothing as he was dying just like the police we have today the police love hurting and killing people they are the enemy of the people and always will be

  • ACAB. buy guns, and shoot cops.

  • We all make mistakes? So it is ok to plaster everyone else who is arrested all over the news and smear them before even being convicted of the crime, yet when it comes to sweet pig nation that is a no no?

Every time a cop dies the world gets a little better.

  • Who's watching the watchers?

  • seattle terrorist , woops i mean Police are saverly untrustworthy evil souls .

  • Yeeeah... beating people up, yelling profanity & racial epithets at suspects, and oh yeah, let's not forget KILLING a harmless old man for no damn reason are INTENTIONAL acts - not "mistakes".

  • Yeah our police department doesn't have very good order...

  • Most likely other states will follow, and it will happen in a matter of time. You can kiss America goodbye now

  • Usually I'd side with the union, but this is clearly wrong.

  • NWO enforcers - not public servants.

  • Controlled demolition of democracy...

  • "Protect and Serve" ?? HA! More like "Suspended with Pay"

  • those are just cops !!!!! did u see what soldiers are doing in afghanistan : bunch or racists and cannibals !!!!! that's why when they get home they try to suicide !!!!!!

  • @EagleClawHere No... It's because they know that this war is a lie. The suicide count has surpassed the body count now. Support us in the military. You'll need us when it all crashes

  • @slickwilly87 they got psycho prob because they killed innocents !!!! if u kill innocent u will allways suffer even if its later

  • @EagleClawHere Just like zionists killing innocents? Your screen name belies patriotism. Trust me. I don't like the war either. No one does. And your spelling is awful.... Are you in the US? are you a shill plant or some thing. I will not reply if you can't spell or punctuate....

  • @slickwilly87 usa is not a place to live !!! what do u know about killing of afghans of the name of democracy ? and human rights ?

  • So this isn't fascism? what the fuck else do americans have to do to smell the fucking coffee in AMERICA!? You thought Fascism existed in Italy? This country has passed that fucking fascism stage like I have never seen it! Im am sick an tired on how this system continues to promote fascism! FIRST THEY GIVE THE ZIONIST FREE REIGN! FACISM! THAN CORPORATE AMERICA! FASCISM! AND NOW THIS! AND MUCH MORE! FASCISM! FASCIST AMERICA!

  • Man, it's official... some of these cops are just as dangerous as any criminal out there. Between this video, the video of a SWAT team shooting a Marine because they suspected he had marijuana or whatever, and hundreds of other videos over the past couple years that I've seen, it really is a wonder to me why there are still some people who support the cops and think they're good people who genuinely care about protecting the innocent from murderers and rapists and thieves and shit.

  • Poor cops up there have to deal with all those liberals

  • In general, we need more nightstick, less ACLU hogwash when arresting criminals.

  • Cops wanted immunity from all their wrong doings. Fuckers.

  • Another city on my list of places to never visit...

  • fuck fuck fuck FUCK THE POLICE!

  • The reporter sounds like a cheesy South Park voice-over.

On a serious note : "violates State law" should be reason enough to overturn.

  • It would be biased/discriminatory to keep the name of a wrongdoer who is a policeman a secret. Why do they deserve preferential treatment?

  • Short dick big ego typical AmeriKan pigs.

  • Police are cunts, always have been always will be

  • Police-state America.

Indiana's Supreme Court recently ruled a cop can enter your home for ANY or NO reason. They distract us with fake terror attacks (inside job like 9/11 or the "economic downturn", and meanwhile strip of us our rights, our jobs, our freedoms, our information. By the time this is a totalitarian police-state it will be too late to resist, just like a slowly-boiled frog......

  • Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are Pigs are .............

  • 0:36 "decide you're arbitrarily gonna change that and ignore the contract."

Seriously? ARBITRARILY? No, it wasn't suddenly decided with little reason. There is now tangible proof supporting an alarming need for names to be disclosed for the sake of public safety.

But then again, a contract is a contract and Seattle is bound to it until it's deemed void. Hopefully the new deal is in favour of the safety of the public and put out soon.

  • Appears Seattle cops are attempting to parallel with both the LA & New York PD mobs.

  • Comment removed

  • omg i have a better idea.. lets give a cop a 50,000 dollar bonus for killing people..

if their minors give them 60,000.

that would end unjustified killings.lol..this is right up there with with news report

  • @dongerado Your comment lacks context. Basically your comment is a word salad with zero discernible meaning.

  • @HolyCity2012 and thats the way i like it :P

  • So unless the "good" Seattle cops begin holding other officers accountable, such as immediately arresting the "bad" cops when they witness them engaging in misconduct, a majority of citizens will correctly view ALL officers with a suspicious eye.

That may mean less civilian on civilian reports of crime, and ultimately less profit for the police department.

  • Think of the silly things that they can arrest us for that will presumably haunt us for the rest our lives. The public embarassment of having your name all over the scanner and your name in the paper for being arrested. I've never seen a retraction when someone is found innocent or the case is thrown out. These thugs commit serious crimes and no mention. Violence is always justified. They never get convicted anyways. This will just make it easier.

  • ~•~

Wouldn't these PiGGYs feel more comfortable w/the Hoods & Cloaks of their KKK 4Fathers.

They'd B able to spread the H8 & TERROR under the cover of WHiTENESS.

...Soups ON but NO1's Grabbing the Spoon...

~• LA KNOW HOW TO RiOT •~

  • "and to comply with state law"

Obviously some morons don't understand: UNION CONTRACT, ANY CONTRACT, IS NULL AND VOID if the obedience of this contract requires BREAKING THE LAW.

    Which it is.

    Those names MUST be published.

  • Well this will ensure they will get away with murder then, so now we will call them all Mr Plod while we can throw them all into the same basket to know it's all about them escallating the crimes they get away with. Just remember Cops are above the law & can do whatever they like cause the government allows it as it's all part of global government rubish to implement their New World Order for the takeover far & abroud.

  • How in the fuck is a contract superceding state law???

  • Cops are nothing but UNSKILLED UNION LABORERS who can break kneecaps and get away with it. If you are a painter or a floor polisher, YOU actually have more skills than cops do. Not only that, but most cops are cowards. If you see a nasty little cop getting angry, he is probably angry because he is a coward and wishes he were brave. The badge and gun never make cops brave, only dangerous. If you are over 5'4" and more than 12 years old, try not to frighten a cop. He might panic and shoot you.

  • Why cannot be the names or identities of these criminals. The government is itself criminal allowing to mistreat citizens, typical Zionist and tyrants that we must get rid of and why don't they show their faces? Because one day soon the crowd is going to take care of them even if they are sitting there and laughing, when times comes they wont laugh anymore, i want to live long to see it and i will see it. The jews are not doing different with the Palestinians, bunch of rats.

  • us people should just stop beating those corrupt cops instead

  • The cops are always telling "civlians": "if you aren't doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to hide."

Government continues to take the word hypocrisy to higher and higher levels.

  • @imbroglio1 The same applies to cops. If the cops are doing their job right, they have nothing to fear from a video recording. All the bad boys in blue are NOT above the law. They need to get over the "badge heavy" syndrome.

  • A lesson for young people:

Never gravitate to a happening scene when it's been advertised as such. By then the locals will be cracking down on whatever is attracting you.

This means stay far away from any school listed as a top party school in Playboy. Don't go to San Fran to find Hippies. Don't go to Seattle to form a rock band.

Go somewhere with a inferiority complex. That's a town that with $5.00 bucks in your pocket will show you a good time just to prove how cool it is.

  • At 2:01 The Corporate Agent says "We are all human we are going to make mistakes, that they can plaster that all over the news , plaster it all over the newspapers to haunt the officer forever" ..... These "humans" act omnipotent & infallible , do NOT honor their own "laws" , respect other humans , & do NOT care who's lives they destroy .... But yet their OPINION is somehow golden in court .....

  • @iamgangelo

Absolutely!! If I should ever be on a jury I will NEVER believe a cops testimony. Wake up people> Use jury nullification when at all possible. The entire system is rigged to get a conviction rather than determine actual guilt.

  • Shooting a dude walking down the street for carving a piece of wood with a pocket knife is not a 'mistake', asshole. Only PIGS can shoot someone and say "oops, sorry, my mistake" and get away with it....

  • PIGS PIGS PIGS FUCK YOU PIGS.

  • Police Officers are PUBLIC SERVANTS.

  • wow

  • WTF!!!

  • Welcome to the police state!

  • people be good

  • Great job Seattle. Glad you came around to the right side of things! I want to protect and cover for friends too but I will not if they violate someones Constitutional rights or use their powers in a unwarranted physically abusiveness manner.

Good decision Seattle! Transparent policys as you have decided will keep us ALL much safer, thank you.

  • Rich O'Neil is a piece of shit.

  • I'd rather go up against the criminals in Seattle than the police. I can only pray to God above that lightning will strike that corrupt police force and cleanse the city of those filthy pigs.

  • Seattle is run by THUGS!

  • Mistakes??? Kicking somebody when they're down is not a mistake! That's conscience intent. Cops are the biggest and most powerful freedom violating thugs on the street!!!

  • @drieey hell yeah drieey! i agree!

  • @MyCrimsonTearsFall Thanks. I try to speak truth. Cops, lawyers and judges are the biggest threat to our individual freedoms. They have WAY too much power.

  • @drieey Government funded gang.

  • Wouldn't posting their names and faces be a deterrent for such behavior?

  • @mikethecolorist

As opposed to a 30 day paid vacation, I mean suspension?

  • It should haunt them forever!!

  • Title is great!

  • Fucking Pigs

  • How can you have an effective police state if you id police who break the law? this makes perfect sense, doesn't it? If a citizen makes a mistake it's public forever but if a policeman makes a mistake it should be covered up, hey, that makes sense, doesn't it?

  • The people need to take that to city hall asap.

  • America is such a fucked up place, you only get immigrants from 3rd world countries who is willing to take that shit than starve to death. HAHAHA

  • since when where PUBLIC SERVANTS not accountable to the public? this does sends a clear message. The Police get to do what ever they please and the public can't demand justice for violations of their rights. I wonder how this arbitrator would feel if people started killing any cops they see in the streets. Because they decided to protect the thugs in their clique. Gotta love organized crime. Especially when its the organized "Crime fighters".

  • Very disturbing.

  • If these police officers choose to make mistake then they should face consequences or beg for forgiveness from the victims they have brutalized. Of course we are humans and that we are not perfect and that we make mistakes but if you choose to make a consequential mistake of your choosing then that person should face consequences. Once you become an officer you make vows to enforce and protect the citizens not protect and serve themselves. We pay taxes to keep these people on the streets.

  • Ive had my ass beat by SPD before....fuckin dicks

  • @two0sixTay For doing what?

  • @Churchx77 Jay-walking across yesler at 330am...thru me in the back of the patrol car and proceeded to fuck me up with batons. They made real sure to avoid hitting my face so i couldnt complain later...

  • @two0sixTay I practice a filipino martial art. We mainly use wooden sticks(well its not wood but whatever). Sometimes we do holds and the mere contact with the stick and the skin while exercing a bit of pressure can leave big bruises. Shit I even got a huge one after a guy accidentally hit my thigh. It leaves marks. So yeah you wouldnt have bruises on your face but you'd have them elsewhere. If you dont want to leave a mark, you dont use a stick. So I dont buy it.

  • @Churchx77 I could really care a less if you believe me.

  • don't seattle police have to wear their names on a badge? their number?

police need an independent oversight body to investigate allegations against them.

if suspects can have their names and images 'plastered' so can police officers

  • Why don't other members of law enforcement disavow how Seattle PD conduct themselves?

  • "An outside, objective person would be biased."

    Nice.

  • The white-haired woman made an excellent point. If they keep the bad cops' names secret, then the public has to assume that any & all cops are suspect. My uncle was a cop that died at 25 in the line of duty (arresting 2 siphoning gas from a car, he was jumped by a 3rd guy & killed with his own gun), so I am sympathetic to the dangers of law enforcement, BUT the Seattle cops seem to give all cops a bad name. They are a disgrace. Hiding behind anonymity is no defense.

  • "To Serve and Protect"

Yeah, thugs with guns... extortion artists with badges.

Serving the will of corporate hierophants and their Satanic 'common purpose' agenda.

Protecting their own little personal fiefdom brick by Masonic brick.

Policy-Office-Sirs are NOT beholden to 'U.S. citizens' (subjects) and certainly not Americans (sovereign).

Typical well meaning Peace Officers; their nose so close to the canvas just can't seem to comprehend the criminal-for profit enterprise they work for.

  • Public employee unions are ALL communist organizations.

  • you cant beat up some one as a cop and say opps or not say anything and still wear a badge..i dont know how these people live with them selfs... must be the fluoride

  • The public has the right to know who breaks the law, and yes even if it's an officer.

  • FIRE THEM ALL!!!!!!!

  • The last I checked, a contract cannot violate a law.

  • Mark my word, soon the police will not wear a name tag on their uniform and will not give out their name even upon request by a person.

  • @EthicsofAmbiguity in BC Canada they only wear a number now

  • First sign of a corrupt police force? They fight transparency.

  • to comply with state law? well that settles it. wake up seattle dont let this happen.DO SOMETHING!

  • if you're accused of a violent crime the police will give you a 'perp walk' or give your name and police report to the media.

  • I don't understand why good cops never stand up against these criminal cops. Until they do enough to weed out the bad ones, they are all going to be my enemies. It is sad, i do not want to think of cops as that, but i do not have much choice.

  • @IAMBLOWN420 because of the "good ole boys" network...and we all know how that works dont we

  • outrageous, there is no accountability

  • Yeah, we would hate to have someone be held responsible for their actions.

    Disgraceful.

  • THE THUG SQUADS ARE ALL OVER THE US.

  • Ok, I say make police unions illegal, that might help change the polices idea that they are supposed to be a boys club of demigods.

  • Seattle Stasi = Meet the SS

  • if a cop dont gife u there name, dont gife yours.

  • @Iceyyyyyage

Don't give them anything. Police officers are legally bound to provide their badge number and identification when requested, you aren't.

  • a lot of good comments, I need not add anything

  • I think the Human that said "we are human and we all make mistakes" made a mistake when they said that. SOME of us have a higher nature than most humans, and don't need that excuse, but don't expect us to prove it to you!

  • arbitrating kuntz? dont plaster or haunt poor officers...poor officers, bitter making their 11 dollah an hour. christ help us all

  • arbitrating kuntz?

  • The big question I have is to MOXY: Do you live in Seatle or the Seatle demographic, cause I am wondering if this is happening all over the country and I dont know about it, or is it just Seatle. I dont watch tv, but it seems where I live not to be like this.

  • SECRET POLICE

    It's official then.

  • well fuck ...why do they get to hide their criminals as if they are above the law...ITS GOD DAMN REVOLUTION TIME PEOPLE

  • @danielwvu No. Not yet.

  • That behavior should haunt the officer forever.

  • Police are not above the law! With great power comes great responsibility. OWN THAT RESPONSIBILITY!

  • The To "serve& protect" law enforcement officers have been given enormous power to carry out that job. For those who abuse those powers, I can't feel that their identity being released to the public is out of line. Any of us abuse our enormous freedoms we have, our names, and what we are being accused of will be released to the public. for whatever reasons Law enforcement officers hire on for the job.

  • I wish someone would go and punch the crap out of that cop spokesman and be like oops can't release my name therefore it wasn't me who hit you.

  • Stomping on someone's head isn't "making a mistake"... it's a deliberate act.

    Fuck the police.

  • Cops work 8 hr. shifts..they live like us the rest of the time..its up to you to make them realise this.

  • then citizens can't have their names reported for their wrong doing either, law goes both ways, except in this martial law corptocracy

  • criminals like to cover their tracks...can't believe anyone is surprised. IMHO they should have a database of these fuckers just like sex offenders.

  • Mental Note: Never visit Seattle, for anything ... EVER.

  • @THELOVEHELIX oh yea asians are the only news anchors...

  • cops.......corporate law officers.....are there still folk out there who really believe these thugs are there to serve and protect......them?......they serve and protect the corporations.

  • So here's what the citizens are going to do. Every time these idiots get caught in public abusing their authority, we'll post it on the internet.
