Yes, they will get thrown out of their homes they'll get an apartment and the prices will come down and those of us who were frugal and saved and lived in apartments will be able to purchase those homes. Instead he proposes those of us who were frugal should have to pay for those of whom took on homes they could not afford. This guy is a jerk.
To help consumers have more cash flow: get the gasoline consumption/need relieved, LOWER the credit card rates - cap them - wiil aid in paying them down and cash flow. Any corporation (like Exxon. oil, etc.) should pay higher tax tiers on profits over a set cap. No more bonuses for CEO's - those that fail and walk with $10mm. Eliminate the ad spending for banks, utility service companies, etc. Limit this. I saw a Wa-Mu commercial 9/29/08. Aren't they no longer?
We need the free markets to clear the system. The crisis isn't what is happening now, the crisis was when houses were being purchased for more than they should have.
Bailing out 'homeowners' hurts those of us that were prudent and were waiting for prices to fall. No one is getting thrown out of their house; they can rent just like those of us that were waiting this out have been doing.
Prices have to fall; the only way they can persist is if interest rates and lending standards stay low.

Obama might be trying in some areas but we can see what he is up against.
