@NCskateboarding I hit a deer not too long before this video. And my front tires were pretty bald (between slamming on my brakes for the deer and the previous year of driving)
the stock rims look better yo! get a BSR intake. when its cold start your car for 5 mins and it will heat the engine right up and the intake will work fine... i rock BSR all day.
@PFieroGT87 So because saab's are nice, affordable, and pretty sporty, "punk kids" can't drive them? I'm no punk, and I'm also in my 20's. This was not my first car either. I'm sorry you dont like that I (and alot of kids) probably drive a newer car than you, and are younger (merely judging by your screen-name) And I've done what I wanted......Exhaust, intake, wider rims and tires, and strut/frame brace for handling for on the track and autocross.
@kozigreek actually it's because kids treat them like honda civics. dont get me wrong, i love saabs and in fact own 3, but around where im from most saabs you see now are rice. also the age of a car is irrelevant, i buy what i like just as you stated yourself, and besides that you're driving a GM car. i myself prefer "real" saabs.
@PFieroGT87 I would much prefer a "real" saab also. I had a REAL 1985 Saab 900 SPG 2 summer's ago. I loved that car. It wasn't in the best physical shape when I bought it, and I at least got it running properly. If it was in better physical shape, I would've gladly sold this car and kept that old one. But it was just too much work(money) to get it anywhere near "nice" '85, electric windows, cruise(on the 5-speee manual), power moonroof, A/C(didn't work though) that car was before its time
@kozigreek i hear ya, i can say saabs are pretty solid, but when they break it gets exspensive. i found for me that the older the saab the more reliable it was haha. i had an 88 900 that hit 210k, no major problems, but junked it when the suspension went, it wasnt worth fixing. right now i've got a 96 9000 aero with 220k on it, a 95 900 s with 194k on it, and a 99 9-3 2.0t with 143k. even though the 9000 is a heavy pig i enjoy it the most i think, which would explain the high mileage i guess.
@birdflyinrealhigh This saab hit a deer at 70mph not too long before the vid was taken. And I was in the process of ordering new winter tires, so didn't want to waste the time with replacing all 4 wheels when they were going to come off in a couple days anyways to get new tires put on.
hey bro did you have to cut the rear lip to be able to fit the muffler. the linears stock exhaust isnt very visible. you must duck under and see the staock muffler bends down. i just wanted to know if you did cut it, what did you use to do it
Thanx man. Btw I've been following ur comments on ur other videos too. I got a 03 Saab 9-3 linear too. I jst cut off my rear muffler and it sounds sick. I also put an IAT sensor chip In it. Where did u get the manual boost control?
I have an intake. DO NOT get the K&N intake. It doesn't work and will be a waste (trust me, i've tried) I have had minimal problems with the Simota intake (not the one with the big can looking piece in the middle). But for some reason the car doesn't like the intake with the cold weather. So i just switch back and forth between intakes. It only takes me less than 5 mins to do it now.
WTF are you PORTUGUESE? YOU'VE RUINED THIS CAR

I am not a fan of the different sized wheels front to back. I do like the rims on the back though.

Why so low? You make the car handle WORSE with those chopped springs.

@blackt0wer My car isn't lowered at all. Stock suspension, only upgrade is a front strut bar. The 18" rims give a lowered look.
