Usopp was REALLY ugly in Kaya's arc,later his design changed a lot.He's not really that ugly.In my opinion the ugliest in the crew is Franky.And I think Usopp is nice after timeskip...just my opinion :)

I don't think it is that bad XD Many charackters look much worse.

I think, it is somehow...natural. Not everyone looks perfect.
