@NEVDAVS1970 There is a SpectrAlert Horn/Strobe (that's made the NOISE and the light flashes), and a SPEAKER (unknow model), that mades the beeps and the voice. Normally, there is ONLY horns (with or without strobe), OR speakers (when voice evac is choosed for the building). The speakers can have or not have strobes, and they make 3 beeps, followed by the voice. When the voice sounds, there is NO noise.
