I don't know what is the Mayhem, but this character is The Bad Luck himself, and loves his job of making your life a whole mess. I saw the other version (the english original) but that guy has scratches and everything, I don't think it is just "a copy"

Interesting. Not sure it is culturally appropriate for an Insurance Company to address Hispanics with "mala suerte." There is much taboo about bad luck and in general purchasing insurance is considered by some to attract bad luck. Consequently many Latino consumers may just block the message instead of being motivated by it.
