  • O.o Cool!!

  • I love how just because somebody has talent, everyone assumes that they're not really playing... nicely done though

  • SuuuPeR

  • ThaaaNkS :D

  • now i want a keyboard :)

  • tres bon cool bravo

  • Hi

Did you consider upgrading to tyros3

Maybe there is a Tyros 4 on its way?

  • The instrument is turned on , but the quality of the web camera is little poor , and seems the instument is turned off. Because low quality web cameras and the light source is from behind , and if the room is little dark , and the web camera have low lux of light recognize , and you have the shadow effect , because the light source is from window , if you see you can recognize the leds are lit , on the instrument. (Shadow effect). (Low brightness in LCD screens means screen saver). :o)

  • aprend moi srx !

  • You can play very well, outstanding performance and good control of the T2

    Regards,

    Soryt

  • the piano is turned off???? so wasn't you playng???

  • congratulations you play very very good i would like to play like this!

  • the music is deep, love it

  • kool playing

  • Thanks!

  • Ahahah! Maybe your eyes are turned off! :P

No, seriously, the colours are poor and the LCD is very directional so at that angle it may look as it is off, but if you look carefully you may see green and red lights here and there...

    Cheers!

  • Why the hell is the piano turned off ????

  • that keyboard is turned offf

    hahaha :)))))

  • great performent..how are u satisfied with this tyros 2? can i have any advice from u about this keyboard and the new psr s910? which one should i choose..oh the tyros 3 is kinda expensive for me ..Thank you so much

  • Well, the two keyboards are in many ways very similar. The PSR S910 has mp3 playing capabilities, while the Tyros2 is a bit more configurable and upgradeable.

Dynamic and velocity are better balanced in the T2, while the PSR S910 has integrated speakers thet make it very easier to move (although the quality of the speakers is not-so-high).

It's your choice, the choice depends on your needs.

    Cheers,

    CV74.

  • sheet music?

  • Nope. Sorry, just played by ear.

  • Extra !

    Soundphase

  • that was amazing... and beautiful. i dont know much about keyboards but the sound affects were awesome

  • wooow this sounds exactly like the original .... do u know where i could get the score?

  • It's good but you should change something:

Left Hand from 1:33 should roll the chords like a real guitar.

  • Hey, thanks for this comment, this is a good point indeed. I'm sure it would me more realistic like that. In fact, that is the most "wanting" part of this interpretation. I just can say that I was focused on the violin part originally.

  • I'm currently learning this on acoustic guitar, your version sounds great too, I like it :)

  • Hi Sammy,

Thank you for your comment, and glad you like it!

I hope you will upload your performance on the Acustic Guitar here on YT :D

    Cheers,

    CV74

  • I certainly will once I've completed learning it! I'll let you know when it's done, all the best, keep up the good work :)

  • DAMNNNNNN..... thats wut a tyros 3 can do ??? that piece of equipment msut have cost you alot.....lol

  • Hi xtruma,

I believe you missed the point. And btw, this ia a T2.

  • hi,

very good, personnally i prefer natural sound, even piano, but it's very sweet. Do u have it in paper with notes? i can't find it anywhere!!!

    thanks

  • Hi pocoty2,

yes i prefer natural sounds too, but I found this guitar particular realistic and for the first time I enjojed playing Dust in the wind with a keyboard.

Sorry, no music sheets for this, I play by ear.

    Cheers!

  • Very nice, but it isn't the same a a real guitar or a violin. You cannot put emotion in the articulation a much. But nevertheless very impressive

  • Well actually you could in principle...with a third hand! :)

    Thanks for your comment.

  • I haven't a tyros 3.

But I will have it in 3 Month.

Then a has the money to buy it.

My last Keyboard are 20 years old.

    Now i buy a Tyros 3.

It's so great and so cool.

    I love it.

    MCT3

  • This is so beautiful and very, very good.

    I hear a perfect melody.

    5*****

    Best Regards from Mannheim (Germany)

    MCT3

  • Thank you so much MCT3!

I'm very curious about your nick...Do you own a Tyros3? Or make old-school music with your PC? Or both maybe? :)

Thanks again and happy new year to everyone!

  • its good..but not beautiful!

  • there you go again.

Criticizing people for their playing when you can't play a note.

    Where are your videos?

You little 13 year old twirp.

  • Well I think he just wanted to express his opinion. In fact, is not even a criticism, he just found this (beautiful :D) song good...but not beautiful.

Thank you both for your comments!

    Respect,

    ConteVlad74.

  • This particular person is on many youtube videos making negative comments about everybody.

He is a 13 year old twirp and should be exposed for what he is. A no talent wannabe musician who can't play a note.

Ignore him and he'll go away and crawl back under his rock like the slimy little slug that he is.

I like your playing a lot and my friends do too. Keep up the good work.

  • Oh I see...thank you then, and glad you like my playing!

Is good to see that someone appreciate my contribute, I'll soon post new videos and wait for your comments!

    All the best,

    CV74

  • Very very nice job. Ive played keyboard for close to thirty years and can appreciate all the effort I know it has taken to learn such a song. Cheers, Forrest T.

  • Thank you all for your beautiful comments coming from all over the world!

I'm so sorry but I don't have any music sheet, I play "by ear".

But I'll try to produce some "real-time" music sheet connecting the keyboard to a midi editor...I'll let you know :)

Thank you all once again, cheers from Roma (actually, in this very moment I'm in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia! :) )

  • Very nice! could you send me the tabs for violin (or piano its the same) to my account or send me a link?

thank you a lot! You make me wonder to play like that, from argentina thank you =)

  • very nice but you rushed the song a bit.

  • WOW!!!

    Greetings from Chile!!!

  • Great song, and you did an exellent job. Hope to see more from you

  • This is beautiful mate! I close my eyes and I can see a guitarist playing a classical guitar. Thanks!

  • That's the best comment ever!

    Thank you traveller.

  • Perfect play!

  • Thanks a lot Khristian!

  • WOW!

    I think it was beautiful!!!

    (and inspiring!)

    Thank you!

  • Thanks a lot Bamby for your comment!

I guess you're one of the few that, as I do, find this music a source of inspiration...so, you're very welcome pal! And glad you like it.

  • Hy ConteVlad

Nice work, it's almost the original song!

I really respect your hand-work. I mean the fast that you play, good work..

    Keep up the good playing

  • Hi KJ,

well, I'm a self-taught so I just try to do my best with the little time I have to play.

Your comment is very appreciated and will keep me "upping" my videos :)

  • Nice work my friend, great demo. By now i'm waiting for your best. Let's discover and practice all of your Tyros 2 ! i'm ready to listen your next steps. Also i found very interesting introduction explicative of your work, in my opinion it's a must to appreciate it self conscious. Confidentially: everytime i listen your songs, music takes me in a different way of thinking, so far from common. Just from a good soul rises a good sound. Thanks a lot. Lyrical wishes. Cmi

  • Dear Cmi,

i DO appreciate your comments, although there's one thing that puzzles me...Why don't you write in italian?!? :)

    Cheers my friend!

  • This is soooo brilliant!! I play the T2 too. I love it!!! And by the way: I have the same problem with Mondesaury. He's a pitty.

    Keep it up!

    Paulus.

  • Thank you Paulus, glad you like it!

BTW, I like your "Oh holy night" with psr3000.

  • bad

  • Hi mondesaury,

you say bad...bad what' And most of all...why?

I saw your videos. You try to demonstrate that GEM GENESYS is better than the Tyros 2...

I'm Italian, I've played many Keyboards from Genesys, and I can assure that NONE have theese FANTASTIC sounds that Tyros has!

And this video is only intended to let you hear the fantastic guitars, expecially the Flamenco Guitar at the end of this little performance.

Can you do better sounds with your Genesys? I challenge you! ;)

    Cheers!

  • No one says that Genesys is bad keyboard of course, and surely it has good sounds and features. But the Tyros' super-articulation for sounds like guitar, sax and others, and Megavoice technology for styles make it the best digital arranger workstation ever made for live performances.

Thanks for the vote by the way!

  • I wouldnt worry too much about mondesaur's comments. He seems to live in a world of his own where he imagines the old Genesys is the best there is. It was good in its day but its day has passed.

Nice playing by the way. Certaijly better than anything I have had the misfortune to hear from mondesaury.

  • Hi Kaymo,

    Thanks for your comment.

This performance may be not so brilliant (and perhaps it is), but I was playing this song in a "special way" in order to use most of the several articulations available for the used instruments. In a "normal playing" I can do better ;) but if you listen carefully you can appreciate different effects, modulations, vibrato, fingerslips and other articulations for both guitars and violin... Symply adorable in my opinion! :)

This is the purpose of this song.

  • Agreed. I have a Tyros 2 and love it :-)

  • Mondesaury is a good guy, and naturally everyone defend his own stuff... But he definitively should stop to fight against Tyros and spend his time to practice! ;)

  • Thats what gets me. I dont understand what point hes trying to prove and tbh his playing leaves much to be desired. Im no great player myself but thats why i dont post videos. Im sure no one wants to hear my feeble attempts and I sure dont wanna gear his.

  • Please let me have your comments.

To appreciate all the articulations, I suggest to use some Hi-Q headphones or audio system. Enjoy!

Here is the original version by Kansas:

    watch?v=hkbdP7sq0w8

  • look at all of videos mondesaury has made. notice his ratings are poor and most of the comments say hes not good. that says enough.
