  • When his vehicle stopped my heart stopped for him. NO one wants to left behind in shits creek. holy fuck thats messed up.

  • i am using an android ao its hard to type. Many us service members have paid the ultimate price

  • First of all I am sorry for the loss. All we soldiers can do for these contractors is to try our best to protect them. Remember they signed to come to a war zone. IT IS AGAIN NOT ANY SERVICE MEMBERS FAULT. THEY SIGNED THE DOTTED LINE TO COME TO THE WARZONE. THEY WERE NOT FORCED. DONT DISRESPECT US US SERVICEMEN BECAUSE MANY OF APL BRANCHES HAVE SERVED

  • @visayansoldier777 ? are you 1173rd Va Guard? if not this this has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. This was the virginia national guard that left Americans to die ONLY. reread the story. If you need help have an adult read it for you

  • WTF

  • Man, that would have been a frightening experience. It must have felt like forever waiting there after the truck stalled. And seeing the people who are supposed to be helping you just take off and leave was dreadful.

  • Wow, I was not expecting that. The security detail up and leaves? There had to be rear security correct?

  • @tsuiter91 Preston Wheeler videoed this ambush. Mr Wheeler is still alive today. Keven, Sascha and Christopher were killed. 3 others wounded.

  • Wow assholes! Leave a friend behind to die. Something I would never do!

  • @SugarFreeTargets Yea you tell em..

  • fucking coward pussy faggot national guard morons deserve to die for leaving fellow americans to die just because they were scared

  • That's such a crappy feeling

  • Wha ?

  • Okay, here is what I'm saying is that if the government sends anybody out to war they should have the right training. Active duty soldiers do it all the time. Training and ranges. Why doesnt the state do that for their guardsmen. Hey we are all fighting the war. I would like to see you guys train with us before going into combat. I would like to see an politicians come out here and stay a week, go out with us and see what we go though everyday. Then maybe things will change

  • @jayjayjj100 we do train before deploying just as you guys do. yea we've some idiots, but so does RA. without my unit, no IPAs would have trucks to patrol with, YOU woudnt have gotten letters from home nor care packages. and all that other shit we hauled around, would've been sitting at the border still. and thats not all we did during our deployment.

  • truly God help us all, Jesus plz protect our troops my prayers are with you fine people..!!

  • It isn't any soldiers fault, a fish stinks from the head down. The policies which turned the Iraqi's from dancing in the streets to shooting at the poor buggers on the ground there in Iraq were determined and implemented by politicians and public servants. Best wishes to any soldiers who have served and are serving.

  • I am an infantryman(active duty) here in Iraq. We do not compare ourselves to national guards. My feels are with you. National guards should be at home manning our states. These guys give us a bad name. The real guys who are always in the shit. Don't think that the Army is bad because it isn't. We drill on this stuff everyday. NG do it once a month. Please write to your senator or congressman to change who goes out with yall.

  • @jayjayjj100 Sir, I am Honored for your service to my Country. I would Never disgrace the Army nor the Marines nor the Air Force, ever. I on the other hand have a problem national guard over seas. This country needs the support for it's borders. Godspeed to you Sir

  • @jayjayjj100

No one is giving you a bad name, you must have a jacked up Guard unit there with you. There are jacked up Guard units and there are high speed Guard units. Ultimately Guardsman are in the shit too when deployed. I don't know what your situation is, but don't hate be hating on National Guardsmen, they serve overseas just like everyone else and deserve the same amount of respect.

  • @jayjayjj100 im in the guard, i pass pt, i do my part, and I'm deploying next year. in the opinion of this guardsman, you should go fuck yourself you dumb fucking redneck. more than half the guys in my goddamn unit have served in OIF/OEF as active duty, and they pass on solid knowledge. you clearly are stupid. hopefully i run into you at a bar so i can kick your monkey ass

  • YOU GO BACK GUNS FUCKING BLAZING HARD AT WHEREVER YOU THINK THEY ARE SHOOTING FROM AND YOU GET YOU'RE BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO I HOPE WOULD DO THE SAME FOR ME!!! What if it was you, your brother, son!!... Talk is cheap I know. There is no doubt in my mind if I was in charge it would have been full platoon instant turn around and go back with everything you have to hopefully make the time to get him. If not die trying. OR WHY IS OUR MILITARY OVER THERE THEN. 1 life is too many lost :)

  • This is a fucken disgrace and to be quiet honest with you I am embarrassed to be a part of the army right now.. Who the hell would just leave someone there like that. As a cavalry scout 19D we were always taught never leave a man behind no matter what!!! And to tell you the truth I do think the marines would have went back for him! Sad sad sad

  • @watson50cal thank you, please let me know more when you can. great to hear from someone about this.

  • Majority of the shooting is probably kids and former military. AK's and other weapons are all over the place, people walk around with them like a briefcase. Fire some rounds in the direction the fire is coming from and they'll hit the deck. Where were the other support vehicles? No other word for this but incompetence, plain and simple. Who doesn't check their route before going out? Couldn't tell there was a dead end? Just incompetent. Those drivers deserved to be protected and weren't.

  • @ZeitgeistWI Shooting was done by the I.P. of the town of ad Duluiyah.

  • @Duluiyah Understood that the shooters were I.P.s and I understand the SOP of getting out of the kill zone to regroup but that humvee didn't even fire off a round, the gunner just ducked down. The ROE was all messed up. I am glad that they regrouped and that the situation was not totally a loss but the route, the ROE was all wrong for this convoy. Wrong road, populated area with structures all over and multiple ambush points along the route. Accident waiting to happen.

  • @ZeitgeistWI very good, I understand

  • Marines wouldn't have left them sitting there like sitting ducks waiting to be picked off. No call for any sort of support, the escort takes off, one truck already down. What the hell kind of clusterf**k was that? As to the truckers being armed, nothing makes you a legit target like carrying a weapon. Some motivated suppressing fire in the direction the shots were coming from could have made the difference. Also would have requested air support. No excuse to leave them at a dead end road.

  • though it would take a huge amount of bravery to go back to help these guys, i have a feeling marines would have went back for them.

  • Army TTP's then were to puch through to get out of the kill zone. Also, unable to fire unless you can postiveily ID a target. Most ambushes like this people are shooting from windows and roof tops. Returnign fire was discouraged to to civilian casualties.

  • @TheDesertRonin sorry, not Army, national guard in this ambush. Army would have fired back, not run away with their tails between their legs

  • @Duluiyah Fire back, they couldn't see shit, it's not video games...many army forces had the same ill fate...

  • @emcedion so sorry that you think this is a 'video' game. This is real life not a video game. people don't come back to life here.

  • @Duluiyah well, I said:"it's not video games" ...ah..never mind, I'm sorry God Bless their souls...

people don't come back to life here.==> solution= Don't go there in a first place, I'm sure they didn't invite americans.

  • What did he think? You are going to a war zone? Were you really that naive to think that it would be safe? I'm quite sure there was some line in the contract that read "possibility of dead, long term disability...." but sadly, contractor's saw dollar signs. It was not VNG obligation to save everyone, war is a dangerous game, people die in war.

  • @DavidLister6000 you, saying that contractors went over there for money is like saying that military went over there to kill everyone. same thing. contractors go for money, military go's to kill, right?

  • Obviously the convoy that was supposed to protect the trucks was made out of the army's trash people. Leaving trucks behind just like that, it's pathetic. Surely the truck drivers whose trucks had been disabled could have jumped into another passing convoy vehicle instead of just leaving them to die!

Those truckers ain't even allowed to carry guns? If I was there I'd think fuck that and carry an M4 anyway..

  • @sampsalol Exactly, Come on, they are american citizens and they would not have the job if they were felons. And what the hell, you are doing a thing with the U.S. and you should still have a right to the second amendment and should have the right to carry a firearm in their rig.

  • Look I personally know the Convoy Commander of this convoy, his job was to get the rest of the convoy out of the kill zone, if hadn't look how many more of the civi's would have died im in the 1173rd with the person that was the convoy commander this haunts him i'm sure of it i wasnt over there for this but i do know what we are supposed to do and thats to get out of the kill zone then go back and help, bottom line just like us "the armed forces" the civilians know there is a chance of death!!!

  • @Kristian8503 KBR truck #2 #6 and#7 were the only ones that got out. the rest were stuck in there. they did not get out of the kill zone. bottom line is that the 1173rd took this convoy down a deadend raod and left them there. The virginia national guard 1173rd has been shown to be incompetent. as far as others would have been k.i.a., that is all you have to say? never would have happened. real bad excuse to use. if 1173rd would have fired on the i.p. the i.p. would have ran. never happened.

  • Also from 1:20 on you can here the .50 cal firing in the background of the comms. It is hard to see how this was the right thing to do but pulling out of the kill zone is what has to be done. it a tough decision that the convoy commander had to make and im sure it haunts him to this day, but if he had stopped the entire convoy more soldiers and KBR drivers would have died.

  • @soldierswife1988 the 1173rd lead this convoy down a deadend road. the fault falls on them. they have to live with this. they were told before hand to go on missions with the out going unit. the 1173rd refused. do some history about this unit before commenting. they were responsiblie for the lives of Americans. the 1173rd virginia national guard left these Americans alone for 45 mins. if they had gone out on missions before hand these kbr drivers would be alive today

  • ok, so here it goes. while i was not there i am a member of this unit

and know the convoy commander who led this mission. I have been tought from day one that you DO NOT stop a convoy in the kill zone. Stoping the convoy could have led to more trucks being disabled and more americans dieing. It might not seem right but it has to be done to ensure that everyone who can, will get out of the kill zone safely.

  • @soldierswife1988 I have to know. WHO was in charge of the path the trucks took. KBR swears and declares that the military was in charge. Is that true???

KBR has stated repeatedly that the path of those trucks was in the Military hands. Is that true????

  • I am not in the military, can someone who is comment?

    - Is it smart to stay in the truck?

    - Should he have gotten out and set a postion in the building or something?

    - he just seemed helpless there.

    - Again I am not in the military so i know im probably sounding stupid.

    - Please comment

  • I can't comment on the situation at hand, And my comment was a generalised comment on the IA to an Ambush. If what you say is true, the No 1 Gun truck survived because of luck rather then good management. And Ditto to your last comment, much respect to my American mates from an Ex Aussie Grunt, To you other assholes with your inappropiate comments you can go and get fucked.

  • Dead set tragedy, But it is big boys rules over there and these things happen. To get out of the kill zone in an ambush is your immediate concern, From there you can re group and work out your next cause of action. The soldiers would of been no good to anyone had they stayed in the middle of the kill zone and them selves chopped to pieces.

  • @oel434 Not so, 1 gun truck stayed in the back. couldn't get out. they lived throught the fight. Nothing happened to them at all. There weren't that many I.P.'s fireing at the convoy, maybe a dozen. anyway, *hit happens in war. Good people die.

  • @Duluiyah i wouldn't have guessed you were military?? a grunt?? because you have no idea what you are talking about. let's say you go back to get someone, then an ied goes off, or you get hit a multiple rpgs, and now you have two vehicles stuck in the kill zone. how much more difficult is that to deal with? i'm not saying that anyone's drills are to leave people in the ea but you need to win the firefight before you have any initiative. just something to think about.

  • mannn whatever happen to leave no man behind? if i was the driver in the humvee ahead of this truck, i would stopped as soon as i saw a single disabled truck on the road to do my best to save the driver

  • @Jlandsquidy you obviuously are not military and have no idea what you are talking about. let's say you go back to get someone, then an ied goes off, or you get hit a multiple rpgs, and now you have two vehicles stuck in the kill zone. how much more difficult is that to deal with? i'm not saying that anyone's drills are to leave people in the ea but you need to win the firefight before you have any initiative. just something to think about.

  • @kOuNtErShOt you are a sad sad sad soldier. you are the kind that would run from a fire fight in the USA and never come back. You are the lowest form of life. It's a sad day in American history to see you a Islamic Jihad terrorist in the US Military. you are blocked from this and other vids. I do hope someday you come to see the truth that America is and how America can help people and countries like yours.

  • @kOuNtErShOt you need to do a little more research. 1) you said everyone over there is in it for money. 2) that includes the military as you said. 3) the Hero in this vid as you can see or hopefully heard is Keven Dagit, my BROTHER. you go fight your little war against America the way you want. I feel for your country what ever it maybe. someday you'll find that Amerians aren't the evil people that your qur'an tells you we are. al-taqiyya

  • R.I.P. Keven Dagit. I am sure you were a hard working civilian and there to provide for you and your loved ones. It is always heart breaking when people die in wars away from their loved ones, whether they are soldiers or civilians. God willing some miracle will stop the madness soon.

  • Since you are the only person to bring up drugs and gangbanging in our conversation, may I ask where you came up with it? I would just like for you to show me where I ever said anything about drugs and gangs in our conversation so I may apologize for saying something so stupid and irrelevant...

  • @kOuNtErShOt nothing said in this vid is about money or drugs or gang bangin. you are the only one that has talked about money drug running. our military is not over there for money as you say they are. they are there to protect the American way

  • @Duluiyah And I never said WE are in these countries for money, I stated that nobody signs up for free. Nobody goes without a check being issued to them. You can try and turn everyone's words around but you're just losing another battle. It's hard losing people close to you, but you take disrespecting the deceased to another level. You should let people die as what they were and not try and change them into something else.

  • @Duluiyah YOU sir are the one sitting here bashing our troops calling them "cowards" and saying they ran when you know not one thing about what their job is. They were trained to do exactly what they did. Now you know first hand why they didn't stop in a kill zone. It's learning the hard way but that's the only way to learn things in a war. Troops go through this everyday and we are there to fight. You weren't there to fight, you were there to drive. It's tough surviving unarmed. You are lucky.

  • @Duluiyah And I don't know where you got drugs and gangbanging from any of this. You should probably try and lay off of the internet for a while because people are just going to keep typing their opinions and you are just going to keep getting upset. It's no use defending this situation anymore if you're at the point where you have to fabricate people's statements to feel good about your response. Let it go man, It's hell out there. It's only gona eat you up if you keep letting it.

I feel for your country what ever it maybe. someday you'll find that Amerians aren't the evil people that your qur'an tells you we are. al-taqiyya

  • killing people for oil will not make anybody a hero! this redneck should have stayed home instead of invading my country so his mom's soccer mom's SUV keep driving jimmy to his fancy school! and jesus is all about justice I thought or maybe he too has an SUV and need to be fueled from Texaco everyday in a while!I'd be ashamed if I was American

  • @MadeinBaghdad the great thing about this country, the government looks at comments from other countries like this one and follows the ones that make those comments. I would guess that the US government now has you on their radar. thank you, and remember we're watching you and your family now.

  • @Duluiyah yeah, u real fascists. U sure, what your family not in watching now?)

Kill for oil in over countries, get ready for death.

  • @MadeinBaghdad Shut the fuck up you hadji camel jockey donkey fucking sand nigger, i

  • @MadeinBaghdad Jesus isnt about justice.

  • @MadeinBaghdad ...shallow morons like yourself leave comments like this which shows you have no idea of what is actually going on. I almost pity your ignorance...almost

  • @cs94 Ok, Mr smart, tell me, what's going on? why you guys are in my country? and please don't throw the weapons of mass destruction on me!! please!

  • @MadeinBaghdad did you really like Saddam that damn much? you must be a Sunni. oh and if we can't use weapons of mass destruction, then u cant say oil cuz thats total bullshit. i'm payin almost $4 a fuckin gallon

  • @Blavits dude, I hate Saddam more than anything I hate in this world, except Israel of course, but I didn't get your point, what do you mean?? all the world know that you guys invaded my country cause of two; 1)oil, 2) Israel. it's not my people problem that you pay that much for gas!! can't believe you are that stupid please don't post comments anywhere anymore!

  • @MadeinBaghdad thats fine, cuz i dont want to argue with an ungrateful, Jew hating retard... (thats you)

  • I'm not sure how you can call this contractor a hero. He went to Iraq of his own free will knowing full well the possible consequences. KBR contractors are paid $180K+/yr in comparison to your average joe on the ground who gets about $28K. We soldiers are trained to drive through an ambush, we practice it hundreds of times. We are not cowards, it's muscle memory.

  • @kfoxon no idea where you came up with 150K a year, Keven only made 80k the year he was there. Maybe you can say he made 300k a year or 500k a year, that sounds even better, yeh, I think we should say he 500k a year over there. OK kfoxon, all KBR make 690k a year.....wow that sounds better!

you better get your facts right before commenting

  • this stuff happened a few times in the early stages of civilian drivers in the war- the military used a kbr convoy as bait one time and got about 4 or 5 drivers from nepal killed.. following this tragdy they up armored the trucks- but it was learn as you go.. my condolances to the dagit family, those truckers over there were a breed apart and for the most part the rest of us in kbr loved em

  • The National Gaurd should do what their name says and just stay home, They're usless out there trust me I've fought next to them these guys are trained at pretty much the same level as the police. And if they hadn't been the ones watching my fire team's ass I promise you I wouldn't have had to attend 2 funerals and bury two of the finest men I have ever known.

  • no mercy...you invade a country with a great lie...

  • Someone should also remember more tham one million dead & wounded innocent Iraqi civilians. The true victims of this illegal millitary occupation. They didn't go to war. They had the war brought into their homes.

  • @crowhawk this video is not about the gas prices or the price of tea in china or the global warming scam or iraqi victims. It's about an ambush that killed 3 and wounded 3.

  • @Duluiyah lol crowhawk made an excellent point....please dont ignore it.

  • @crowhawk Shit it was over 1 million in 2000.

  • @crowhawk you are fuckin stupid, a million? ur defending saddam? how many civilians he killed? get ur fuckin facts strait

  • @crowhawk we should turn the whole area into a sheet of glass. To hell with them all.

  • @Deatman9 now they arent cowards tere lowlife assholes.

  • Kevin was my friend. We met in Kuwait and then we shiped to Iraq.

I called him Chaplain because he painted a cross on his helmet.

I cried when he died. A true "Heroe Americano"

    Rest In Peace amigo

  • I'm sorry for your loss Mr. Dagit...National Guard troops are "weekend warriors" who receive part -time training from part-time soldiers...I've always said that they have no business in combat operations...they're not professional soldiers in my opinion. I'm a former Marine, and I can tell you that we never leave anyone behind..it's our creed that saving a comrade , even dying in the process, is more important than saving our own asses...my condolences to you and your family.

  • @marine4lyfe1985 I Thank you for that sir and Honor you too. Thank you sir for your service to my country.....brian dagit

  • These are war looters, they don't deserve Federal Troops defending them... KBR needs to use PMC's next time.

  • На 0:16 слева у обочины взрывается РГД-5, один из осколков поражает лобовое стекло у грузовика. Цель скорее всего была - взрыв у колес, что бы пробить шины, но те кто кинул видать не расчитали задержку гранаты.

  • "Truck 5 can not move and i'm getting shot"

    response: "Then who cares"

what a bunch of bitches and cowards!!!!

  • What happened helping your mates? Seems like everyone was trying to save their own skins. Who's the prick that says "who cares"?why didn't someone move along side him so he could jump into their vehicle. Before anyone states I don't know what I'm talking about I'm ex army.

  • wow this video gave me chills. was this driver killed?

  • I'm surprised the other trucks didnt drive past slowely and tell the guy to get ready and quickly jump across into their truck.....

  • And the one that said who cares good have been another driver they were all on the same cb channel

  • Yeah but whats the point u waste ur time doing that. and the bad ones make the good ones look bad they come home and are bashed for fighting for our freedom. They arent bad we are

  • There are no cowards or pathetic soldiers in the war they are sll heros fighting for freedom and oil

  • @rednex511 some go there just for pride, to say they did their part and to get as many medals as possible for doing nothing

Most go there to serve this country to the highest duty possibile.

I honor the US Military, they are the best in the world. but some are the lowest form of life

  • @rednex511 ummm there are no cowards in war....have u even been on youtube....hmmm is it heroic killing innocent kids? raping women? how about chucking a puppy off a cliff? what is heroic about this scum bag

  • wait so they left one soldier behind?

  • @claymorefann He's not a soldier but a contractor, for Halliburton I think.

  • 3:23 (bullets hitting the door) and you hear the guy on the radio say "who cares" Just pathetic soldiers.

  • schizer, get up in the machine gun

  • a member from the Outkast Express convoy team.

These people had been offered assistance by our C.O and laughed him out of the room. the next day, or two days later, they most certainl DID take a wrong turn, making a right where they should have made a left, and they got those people killed. Shortly after, two members of their unit were out on a ission with us- in my humvee- learning the route, radio procedures, and mission specifics properly.

Pride and arrogance killed those guys. Period

  • its a shame our boys do things like this...

  • War based on complete lies, Mr Dagit died because of politicians who could care less about him or this country. America 2010 = Rome 450AD

  • Comment removed

  • @KrisFritz,

     Heros Volunteer, cowards run.

  • @Duluiyah so if im right the kbr's broke down the guard just left them then the terrorists killed them or took them hostage and killed them later on?

  • @amerikaistwunderbar6 the guard unit 1173rd from Virginia took them down a deadend road then left them there on the return trip out. The I.P. (iraqi police) shot the trucks up to disable them, then killed 3 of the drivers, took no one for hostages.

No virginia guardsman were killed, 1 was wounded in the hand, all recived metals for bravery

  • @Duluiyah the I.P. killed em hu? i thought the I.P. were on our side and shouldnt they be in a SHIT ton of trouble for actions like that? with all the hub-ub about the kbr stuff going on i would say that the soldiers left them there on purpose not out of fear. but never the less that doesnt mean you leave a truck driver who did nothing to you

  • @amerikaistwunderbar6 Iraqi Police join insurgents to ambush US troops (July '07)

copy and paste in search window

  • nice.........all that gun power, and wussies not helping you.. damm shame.. wish you all to be safe. when you see the guy say " you need to move" punch the bitch in the mouth.

  • @KrisFritz you sir are an idiot. read comments in the above. There has not been one word said that ALL in Iraq are heros. Read and understand what your getting into on this video. KBR drivers are Heros. They go to a war zone withOUT a weapon to defend themselves with. They are there to supply the military with fuel and goods.

  • @KrisFritz What does a 14 year old girl being raped have to do with this video?

  • the guy speaking in the video is he the one that died? is there a link to the rest of the video?

  • @BMXBOBO Yes, he is alive. Preston Wheeler is his name. He lives in Arkansas. 3 American KBR drivers were killed in this video that was shot by Wheeler. youtube search for Preston Wheeler or Keven Dagit.

  • Those national gaurd should have been calling in air support

  • The drivers should have army equipment incase, at least a sniper rifle to use.

  • this is us army well done

  • this reminds me of Nuremberg trials. Their comments live on forever, 'I was following orders'.

  • there were two or three in this video one was someplace by the turnover truck shot numerus times by the shiets or the other clan I can not remember who exactly they flew a drone over this sight and three haji's picked up a big ass rock and threw it on a already dead american .. if you say this whole thing you would want to go back and kill them all and let god sort them out

  • I dont get where was someone killed ? on the radio??

  • @dudeilove there is more to this video. Mr Wheeler has all of it posted, or you can watch more under this user name.

  • @Duluiyah I will be there very very soon ! Marine corps ooorah get some!!!!

  • @Duluiyahwhat is his username?

  • @dudeilove theres more to what happened but they prob dnt wnt to release the whole video bcz that would really emberace and bring shame to the us army

  • Dtoxin79 has made a comment:

Just to let you jack asses that posted about this i was the gunner i was shot at the first shots fired took a bullet though my right arm and shattering my head set knocking off my helmet. We followed grids given to us by our higher command they later released that it was there incompetence for giving us a gulf war map to the loc. our orders were on contact to keep moving Mr. Preston Wheeler did have gun support and back up was called in on contact.

  • @Duluiyah This is what I have to deal with. It seems that VIDEOs lie to everyone. This video shows the truth. Believe in what you see or what this guy, Dtoxin79, says.

  • Just to let you jack asses that posted about this i was the gunner i was shot at the first shots fired took a bullet though my right arm and shattering my head set knocking off my helmet. We followed grids given to us by our higher command they later released that it was there incompetence for giving us a gulf war map to the loc. our orders were on contact to keep moving Mr. Preston Wheeler did have gun support and back up was called in on contact I'm Sick and fucking tired of seeing this shit

  • @Dtoxin79 video speaks for it's self. video doesn't lie. If a gun truck was in front of Wheeler then they watched the I.P. walk up and shoot Dagit and Grenner-Case and did nothing about it. better get your story straight

  • @Duluiyah the humvvees in front had to leave and turn around because they were in a killzone witch means the insurgents had the advantage they came back shooting with 3 flat tires seconds after this video ends plus there were still army gun trucks at the tail of this convoy air support was called in we were no good trying to shoot in a kill zone when they had the suprise and we did not know were they were by going down and turning around made it possibl t fight back wheelerisalieing troublemaker

  • @david22113 The out going Guard told the 1173rd that they needed to go on missions with them to learn the route. The 1173rd did not untill this ambush. Maps are ALWAYS wrong, to use that as an excuse doesn't fly with me. Making a wrong turn and not calling in support at that time is inexcusable. This move made by the 1173rd killed US civilians. Preston Wheeler has shown the world the truth. thank you

  • @david22113

You're a liar. I've seen the longer video of this incident, and they didn't "come back shooting with 3 flat tyres seconds later".

You're a fool and you've been caught out.

  • @Dtoxin79 @Dtoxin79 video speaks for it's self. video doesn't lie. If a gun truck was in front of Wheeler then they watched the I.P. walk up and shoot Dagit and Grenner-Case and did nothing about it. better get your story straight

  • @Dtoxin79 for this soldier I deeply apologize and even though camanders screwed up it cost lives I was over there to millitary and K.B.R. were rare to be on the same page even though we were there to support you're efforts. and yes money was a great factor ( THANK YOU FOR SERVING )

  • @Dtoxin79 you're alive and people are dead, what do you have to be pissed at him about? for losing a relative?

  • Looked like an rpg impact at the begining, not an IED. I don't know what the NG does besides run away but the Marines are supposed to stop and fuck some shit up so the convoy has some covering fire while they push out of the killzone. That HMMWV had a .50 caliber machiene gun on it; they could have easily gained fire superiority with that while the downed trucks were taken care of. This whole situation is maddening.

  • fuckin filthy terrorists... this video makes me very sad. sorry for your loss alla yirhama

  • they should make program about american wars " get me out of here am an american soldier and we are thirsty for oil "

  • How about calling in air support? A couple of napalms would clear the area of insurgents....

  • Why can't the contractors carry at least a pistol on them and have a mandatory basic firearm training? Are they even wearing a vest?

  • God help us all.

  • Yeah. Totally FUBAR on many counts. The NG unit were probably just dropped in the mission, let alone the war zone, with very little relevant training. No confidence. I don't suppose they even called in air support. I am curious as to where the humvees were located (and how many) in the convoy

  • I Haet shit like this

  • Haha I love how everyone calls them cowards and don't know shit about being there..You don't stop for anything....dude i'm not being an asshole or anything but you aren't supposed to stop for shit. Because thats what they want you to do because when you stop that results in an ambush. Every citizen in America knows everything there is to know I forgot they're "know it alls"

  • @DraikonZ3 This was an ambush caused by the 1173rd. They took the wrong turn by their own fault. They started to run off long before the convoy got to the end of the road and turned around. gun truck 1 and 2 were long gone, headed for home.

  • @DraikonZ3 That's a nice comfortable plan in principle, straight out of the instruction book. However, I think everyone really knows the fact is, they left them to die. It was the soldier's duty to immediately engage and suppress any hostile firefight to protect the civilians they are supposed to be protecting!!... including in the middle of a killzone. The soldiers didn't even fire any warning shots. They ran at the first opportunity. This is not strategy, this is cowardice, plain & simple.

  • @DraikonZ3 thank you for backing our military we just followed our orders prestion was hit twice in his shoulder theirs not one day goes by that i dont think about the contractors that lost there lives that day we followed our orders and I was the gunner i was shot on contact i was fucking dressing my wounds in the turret to perston on a personal note i love how you came out on national TV after you thanked me 6 months be for for saving your life damn turn coat

  • @Dtoxin79 No problem.

  • Wheeler wasn't wounded you idiot, and he was crying the whole time. It's SOP for military units to draw fire AWAY from contractors, not park next to him so every round bouncing off the Humvee hits his rig.

  • @kobaneko Mr Wheeler still has the bullet in his arm frm that day. Maybe this bullet is from you and not the 1173rd. I guess your one of those that hate America. Why dont you ask Mr Wheeler about his wound? He has posted this video also.

  • One less, good.

  • looks like the heroism like in the movies r all bulls puke. niga left 2 die . obmama wins california.

  • ALLAHU AKBAR! ALLAHU AKBAR! IRAQ WINS! ALLAHU AKBAR!

  • @tropophyte fuck you ya damn basterd

  • Driving Mercedes Benz in Iraq Cool!!! That's why US Spends so much money,

  • i hate when people comment on stuff and have no clue what they are talking about. first of all in a convoy there is a rear gun truck as far as i can see the gun truck never passed truck 5, the nation guard should NOT be in iraq leave that for the active duty full time REAL soldier

  • Sorry kids your not allowed to stop in an ambush. The trucks are actually safe & can with stand bullets . Today im not saying this wouldn't happen but the trucks are almost impossible to get into and extremely safe. This is a guess here but if those trucks are carrying gas which i what i thought they were, then that whole area could blow. It pains me to say it but VA fucked up making them go down that way but... they followed Standard procedures. Very sorry for the people who lost there lives

  • @maxohkc91 KBR trucks were carring mail to the FOB. KBR truck do not stop bullets. KBR trucks were opened up by I.P. and driver #4 pulled out and shot in the head. KBR #3 was shot inside the truck. KBR trucks do not stop rounds, they pass right on through. KBR trucks are not safe

  • So wait, he died?

  • You guys really sound like a horses ass with the comments, my uncle happens to be in the 1173rd and told me firsthand what happened. It is there protocol to not stop and engage but to run ahead to the next check point, take a head count regroup and call in reinforcements. If you have any problem in what these brave soldiers did, tell your Commander in Chief to change the rules of engagement.

  • @crfranchises1 your uncle then told you how THEY refused to go with the outgoin
