Nice vid!... I'm about to get my Nexus One real soon.
About the trackball, I do understand the bad publicity about the trackball. Just listen to all those Blackberry users that are mad about their trackballs. It's prone to eventual malfunction due to grease buildup and it's not easy to fix or clean.
The good thing is that on the N1 it's not used as primary control (thanks to touchscreen), thus it will last a bit longer right?
Really cool video quality considering it is ipod. BTW you have a really cool accent lol. Also, I trust you've used the iphone 3GS before, which would you say was better? I have iphone 3GS and am thinking of switching to Nexus One. What would your unbiased opinion be? It looks so nice the nexus one, but I want to know what an owner of one thinks. Thanks!!
alexander...believe it or not i was never an iphone user...i was a Nokia fanatic & had a Nokia N95 with me for last 2.5 yrs...i would say that you wait for steve jobs to announce the next iteration of iphone later this year..you might get something better..iphones are pioneers in touch sensitivity and no other handset could come anywhere closer to it including the nexus one...i grabbed this handset for because 1.1 GHz processor 2.Android 2.1 3.Google Support 4.Mulit Tasking 5.Sexy AMOLED Display
@daaduc no need to comment on things like that.. he's speaking English and if you listen to the words instead of the accent you'd understand everything.. what is he supposed to do? take speech/pronunciation classes just so you can understand? you're talking fine rahulgos keep the reviews coming we can understand you just fine in the uk
Incredible video!!!!l I WANT THIS PHONE SO BAD. Also what camera did you shoot this video with? Was it a normal digital compact camera because the audio was incredible!!!! Android is here to stay!!!!!
the nexus one is far from perfect...im planning to make a video sometime in future mentioning few of it's quirks (HINT: Camera quality is one of them :) )
i want to buy this phone but i am a little bit unsure..the only problem for me is the camera quality (which is pink) and that its a little bit choppy..i mean it doesnt seem so smooth..i dont know what to do , buy it or not... iam waiting for your new video of its quirks...
dude....understand that you can't make this your primary camera....if you are a photo person, then you would have to carry an additional camera 'cause this phone won't bring smile to your face...i used a Nokia N95 before that and that definitely was my primary still/video camera
I don't own a Nexus One, but I've been very interested in getting one since it's release. I've always been skeptical about the track ball since day one and after viewing these examples I can say that I don't think I would mind the track ball.

Great video rahulgos, thank you, until watching this video I didn't realise I could use the trackball to take photographs!

I would have liked a touchpad instead though!
Cheers!

your nexus one seemed a bit laggy in the video, is it because it was multi tasking?
stuntmasterzs 2 years ago
quite possible...it is not a frequent occurrence, but ever so often it does become laggy...as of now it is still nothing to worry for...
