Helicopter or not. A good sports bike beat any cop patrol car or SUV and even some cop bikes. If smart and stays away enough before they get LS#. They have a chance. For the heli part. You're done if you can't find some tunnels. And for the cops to continue pursuit after having his LS# is dumb and dangerous for other drivers.
