don't back down coz then you get in trouble it's alot easier to pick spots to attack if your opponent is backing away fom you, and don't freeze!!! too many people freeze after either gettin hit hard or hitting someone well, that's wat separtes us amutuars to pro's.........that and millions of dollars haha
