Once I tried the baby food I was hooked. Esp. the sweet potato I mix it with water. 2 jars of that and drink it down. After that I usually take 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. People would think it sounds nasty, but it is really not. It's about 460 calories, healthy fat and over 100% of your vitamin A for the day. :-p

I used to eat baby food in college because it was cheap and had the sustenance I needed.
I think the low salt is one of the key things in diet to help with this. Also, spreading the salt intake evenly throughout the day.
