True they were not that bad a heel but in real life who wears shoes with heels that you can not walk properly in. I know there are the six inches ones the likes of Victoria Beckham wear but they are in the minority. Models will only have been given the shoes a few minutes before going on the cat walk so there is no time to practise walking in them.
