It's good to see the Scottish Fair back at Mac where it belongs. I hope Mac Rugby seized on the opportunity and played an exhibition game...or asked for more funding...or maybe snuck a keg into Kirk and charged payed for it with student fees funding.
I should've known...I didn't recognize the little white shack in the background (I'm Macalester class of 1990). I can't believe they don't have it at Mac anymore.
Yeah I'm assuming that PARKING was a HUGE issue and as I recall Mac twas a dry campus. Summit is now one of the sponsors. The Dakota County fair grounds arn't bad though. Personally I think they should have been held in a place that has a name of meaning. Caledonia would have been a nice choice. its easyer to find as well. But that messes with every one from the northern part of the state. Oh Well
State funding was the big issue back then. We miss the Canadian bands that would come and compete!!
