  • we should have a massive free for all and the last man and woman should start over

  • I think you've misunderstood the purpose of hate crime laws. People freedom has not been infringed upon, rather those who commit hateful crime based on that criteria are going to be punished harder.

I live in california, and have previously lived in texas, both of which have hate crime laws, yet have never seen/heard of/read about someone being arrested/punished for preaching their religion.

  • Oh,folks like you are crazier than a shithouse rat!!

No one's out to throwing you in jail!!!

    Get a freaking grip!!!

  • great video--I happen to totally agree with you.

  • Steve, nobody thinks this deeply about laws and legislation, let alone their spirituality. You and I both agree. Preach the gospel of Jesus and if necessary...use words.

  • Interesting digression from guns, but I liked it. While I personally don't agree with "Thank God for Dead Soldiers" and "God Hates Gays" sign holders, I do think that there is a place for witnessing. The way I see it, there are many types of Christians for a reason. Some just live in Christ and set a good example. Some keep the current believers strong in their faith. Some go out and do good deeds for God's glory. And yes, some go and witness. It's not my way, but it is necessary.

  • common sense.... SAR for president!

  • Amen! I grieve for the lost souls that go to these social club churches that don't preach the gospel. Social activities and outreach aren't bad, but we're to be in the world and not of it.

Off topic a bit: There's another problem in the church today. I can understand preaching the law to people who don't realize they've sinned, but there's no need to continuously condemn the flock using the law. They've already accepted Christ, so don't bring them back under law (Gal 5:4, Rom 6:14, etc...)

  • Over-reaching hate crimes bills should be opposed by all freedom-loving Americans.

"First they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist.

Then they came for the religious and I did not speak out because I was not religious.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me."

  • i respect your freedom of choice . but this is were i leave your channel. i.m.o.religion is for people who need it . and i dont

    SEMPER FI!

  • Not sure how I feel about this video. I struggle daily with my beliefs, I hope that grace is enough, because if I am judged according to my sins past, present and future I am doomed. I would like to see a rapture! Now that would be wild to watch the reactions of people who did not believe. Because I would like to see this does this mean I believe enough to be on the first bus load? Or am I just hopeful and willing with a need to believe. The older I get the more confused I get! Jesus is the way.

  • @scubaguy007 We are not saved by grace alone, but through Faith in Jesus Christ alone. You are correct when you said "if I am judged according to my sins past, present and future I am doomed." This is true of us all. We have nothing to offer God that would make us worthy of being saved. It is only through the work of Christ on the cross, having been crucified mercilessly, bled for us, to wash away our sins.

  • @scubaguy007 Not to 'cover' them up as in the Old Testement times and NT before Christ, the preist would kill a goat or bull etc. and the offering was said to cover our sins.

Christ WASHES them away as far as the east is from the west. It is a free gift to those he calls, those He predestined. You must simply admit to God you are a sinner, that you are incapable on your own to change and you except His gift of salvation.

  • @scubaguy007 Invite Christ into your life today. It doesn't mean you won't sin anymore, just to be realistic, it means he will change you in His time to be the man (or woman) God wants you to be.

  • Great video. Truer words were never spoken.

  • This opened my mind. I believe I am in contact with Jesus and am a christian, but just a tad higher than most. I need to be higher, as Jesus still isn't happy with how I am. But I believe this. If I killed a person, whether Black,White,Asian etc. It is murder. It doesn't matter who they are or what they did. Not everyone goes to heaven people!

  • Hate crimes are redundant, if I burn a house down I should be punished for burning the house down. It should'nt matter if the person is black, white, asian. If I kill someone I should be punished for killing them not because they are black, white, asian ect. And your exactly right about the praying for them.

  • All murder is equally abhorrent & should be accorded the same just sentence: Death. (Note that the key word here is murder, and no, meat is NOT murder, it's just tasty.) Additionally, when is the last time anybody heard of somebody killing somebody else because they loved the victim's race, religion, etc? Finally, why wasn't Faisal Shahzad, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, & the rest of these self described "Jihadi" villians being charged with hate crimes?

    Assist, Protect, Defend!

  • WAKE UP ! You have NO RIGHTS ! You never did ! Get it ! Your duped and used by the Government...What happened in the past will now happen to you. GOD ? Do you really think God is on the side of Homosexuals, mass murders of innocent peoples all over the world? If anything your given privileges, to be taken anytime they want... MURDERS ARE MURDERS & LIARS ARE LIARS.

    YOU LIVE IN BABYLON FOOL

  • there is no good, angels orr satan!!!!! just more advance civilizations.

  • God Bless!

  • amen brother, you make alot of sence in this video hope it brings alot of people down to earth. god bless

  • Just lost a viewer due to your religious nut rant! Should of stuck to the guns, tactical shit!

  • I dont care about views or subs just info that can help. If you dont like religious stuff you & I are the in the same boat.

I follow Jesus Christ and He says to do good, pray for ppl, help ppl in need, feed the hungry, cloth the poor, etc. Most 'christians' dont obey what Jesus said so are they really a christian?

    Hmmm...

If you choose to do something else, thats up to you but have you seriously looked at the bible and Jesus' claims? If there is something after death its worth checking.

  • @SafeArmsReview

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." ACTS 4:12

Well your expression about Our Lord has GAINED this viewer....preach on brother! Great reviews as well.

    Semper Fi

  • @SafeArmsReview If he just unsubscribed because you mentioned Christ etc then he has much larger problems..pray for him is all we can do.

  • @SafeArmsReview thank you!!!

  • @SafeArmsReview also real 'christans' don't own guns 2 kill other ppl no matter how evil or whatevr. ur just being a hippacrite wich is a sin

  • @verycool350 Christian's don't own guns to kill people, they own guns to protect themselves when others try to kill them.

  • @SafeArmsReview Hay thank for setting the example, for being a brother who is willing to shoulder more than his fair share, who keeps his eyes open.. I'd rather be held accountable from someone who has the courage to challenge my flaws and imperfections as a brother/mentor and build healthy friendships with no expectation of personal gain other that to enlighten or inspire positive growth. Thanks.

  • @sosaroc585 and you lower your self to anger...

  • if any law abiding citizen uses deadly force against any armed gang banger , aformentioned law abiding citizen will be found guilty of committing a hete crime. good luck to all good christians.

  • thank you for keeping it real, I wish there were a lot more of you. Men willing to keep it real and be honest about what's going on in our world. Men who are also unafraid to stand up for God or share their faith in the Lord God our Savior

  • Years ago I would go to church and believe the preacher, now if I go to church and disagree with him, I might get up and say something. I feel so much more honest and liberated now.

  • I know where you are comming from. I truely believe religion is on an individual level. I was raised and confirmed a Catholic, but I strayed away from the church. I guess I'm kind of a christian, generally speaking. But what I believe might differ from everyone else and vise versa. Years ago I was more or less a "sheep" like so many people, but I think thats generally changing, people are comming to the truth.

  • What about murdering someone at war for differences such as these and others?

  • As an atheist Libertarian, the issue I think is when i heard the word "Preseaved". That is a big issue. It means that is you have say, an altercation with a Muslim, atheist, heck women that there opinion that it was caused by MORE then what was really involved. It allows the Gov't to use opinion over fact to come to a conclusion. Police will be able to arrest you if the other person is different from you, which were are all different yet all Americans. Have a Merry Christmas

  • So... you say at 0:44 that the problem with the hate crime bill is that it creates two sets of people. You then read the bill, and at no point do you ever mention the two sets of people who it creates. Who are these two sets of people that it is creating? How is it different from the 1969 Federal Hate Crimes Law?

As for your comments about existing state laws, this applies to sentencing in Federal court, not to states. Almost all states have their own hate crime legislation.

  • Life of ALL citizens should be treated the same - all should have the same punishment.

If we increased the punishment of all murders, perhaps that would decrease murder, i.e. a deterrent. Matter of fact its proven that it works.

Unfortunately this bill does create classes where one person's life is worth more than the other & that is wrong & its against the constitution, bill of rights & declaration.

Of course is you dont believe we should all be treated equally then thats up to you

    ;).

  • "Unfortunately this bill does create classes where one person's life is worth more than the other "

As I just asked, what classes are these? Who are these two sets of people that it is creating? The bill itself that you read out loud clearly states simply that crimes based on race, gender, et al. have mandatory minimum sentences. What classes do you believe the bill creates? Who is in these classes? Whose life is worth more than whom?

I hope you will answer this time.

  • Churches marketing themselves as fun social clubs are disgusting.

Right and wrong is more than a marketing campaign. It's about tough choices and tough actions.

  • exactly

    :)

  • Great presentation preach the word be instant in season out of season.

  • yes indeed

    :)

  • obvious not - if there were, then they would not be ad hearing to standards of the bible or what a christian really is.

Most are seeing this as a prelude where our freedom of speech is denied at some point in the future - this bill is paving the way by ignoring the constitution and our rights as citizens.

    :)

  • The whole world is falling apart. Without the Constitution there is nothing left.

  • your only goin to go to jail if you assault or murder someone

  • This is off the topic of the hate crimes bill, but I'm having a spiritual crisis of faith and I'm hoping that someone who reads my problem will be able to provide an answer. Why did all knowing God create mankind knowing that the majority of people will go to hell (based on Matt. 7, etc.)? Why didn't He just create people He knew would get saved so this way no one goes to hell? The doctrine of hell makes me feel like I can't really trust Him. I hope to resolve my doubts can get back on track

  • A relationship between a man and a woman is only meaningful if the two individuals involved have a choice. Else, one or the other or both are automatons, and therefore there is no love, no choice.

If there were no option to rebel against God, then the option to love God would be less meaningful.

  • Thanks for your reply. I do understand the importance of freewill. However, I'm wondering why God didn't just create people that He knew would use their freewill to choose Him, and therefore no one would end up in hell.

  • good video, never looked at this like that.

  • Obama is gay and he wanted to protect his gayness, and his gay buddies. Barack Obama enunciated a radically anti-Christian vision for America in his speech to a homosexual organization on September 10, 2009. yes, there has been hate crime laws on the books, BUT, Obama is altering in this New World Order that requires a One World Religion. Bigger picture here. The bills are being twisted to fit the agenda. True believers in Christ HAVE the Holy Spirit, and they are led by his word. Church or not.

  • Evangelism is not a requirement of being a Christian. Personal salvation is all that's required. Of course it is good to spread the word, but from what I've seen, far too many need to get their own houses in order first.

  • I never said it was a requirement, but I have met too many 'christians' that give every excuse to not witness. Some wont even witness to their own spouses & children who are lost.

    hmmm...

Many also live like the devil the entire week but on sunday its all good when they confess, but they go back and keep sining over & over again.

IOW there is no evidence of a changed life. Witnessing should be a by product of our relationship with Christ and what He did for us.

    :)

  • You are so right. I feel like every church I go to is just watered down. I might as well stay home and watch TBN. And everyone is a stranger in a big building. Lots of singing that while is great is lacking in substance. Too easy for people just to walk into church and sing for 30 minutes, listen to the pastor talk about money 3/5 Sundays. Pass around a Tithe bowl 3 times in an hour and watch the pastor leave in a car nicer than over 3/4 of the members. I have seen pastors in helicopters.

  • Excellent brother, Praise God for the truth.. we're gonna keep preaching.. the truth of Jesus Christ.. period.

  • Steve, you and I pretty much always agree. Its rare that we dont. You also seem to be someone who likes a person who shoots straight from the hip. So let me do that now.

You've made quite a few videos complaining about what christians are doing wrong. Fair enough.

But instead of crying about the problem. Be part of the solution. Start making videos teaching the Word of God.

Lead by example. Only then can you inspire and be the example that God wants you to be.

  • How do you know he doesn't already? In his videos or in daily life...There are plently of people out there preaching already, obviously that hasn't worked out too well. Let him do his thing.

  • Yeah, steve knows I support him. Otherwise I wouldn't waste my time watching and commenting on his videos.

He's going through a phase where he is aggrivated. Lots of us have been through that phase. He's gotta work it out in his time.

I'm simply trying to help remind him to be part of the solution, not just bitch about the problem. Im pretty sure he will understand my meaning. But thank you for your concern.

  • Great vid, SAR. I agree that there's a critical dearth of firebrand pastors. Too many follow the "go along to get along" route, or desire to be incognito, rather than stand up and be counted. They wish not to "make any waves." Yet, when I look back at 1st century Christians, that's exactly what they were doing...making huge waves.

  • Convicted me several times, your aim is true in more than just firearms. Thanks.

  • I told you this story below because I am a christian and I had no need for the bar area and I turned and walked in and saved someone from ruining their life, but I didn't do it it was God that made me turn in that direction. This girl was so scared and was saying things like oh God I don't want to die, I feel thats why I was pushed in her direction. I think there are many ways to witness for God. I also talk to people about God all the time, God bless

  • I remember I was walking by a the bar district in Danbury CT and something made me walk in and when I was in front of a bar I saw this girl surrounded by friends and she was having trouble, mentally, she had listened to her friends and taken the Drug E. I sat with her and her so called friends said leave her alone and I told them get away and they did. I told the girl never do drugs again and she said she wouldn't, a year later I ran into her and she hug me and said thanks, she found god also

  • The problem I have with all these new bills coming at us is that laws are suppose to be easy to understand so the average citizen can be aware of them, but if you start making hundreds of new laws how can I know what is the law. Laws are suppose to be simple to understand. This hate bill will make people into silent citizens, I don't want to say anything, it might be in that bill, this is control, nothing more. Interesting read the short book The Phoenix Rising by Mary summer Rain, peace

  • Our Children aged 7 to 12 is of particular importance for the goverment's NWO moral education!

It is at this age also that the concept of Indivualism and justice is born, simultaneously with the understanding of the relationship between one's acts and the needs of others. The sense justice,is found in the development of the young children.

  • The justice usually found in school and in the family could be called "distributive justice"--that is to say, equality for all, as much in the distribution of punishments as of rewards.

  • Special treatment of one individual seems to constitute an

injustice; this introduces the concept of legal right. This is an affirmation of individuality in the sense of egoism and isolation. Such a concept does not encourage interior development. On the other hand, lack of indvidualism is born specifically from Sheeple like behaviour pattern's. The principle of distributive justice,, purely external, destroys the inborn natural sense of true justice and individual right!

  • thots = thoughts?

    haha..

    Good video buddy...

    God Bless!!!

  • Great video. I don't think youve ever made a point in any of your videos I ever disagreed with.

New Christianity is the "rick warrens" and "Joel Osteens" of the world. ;)

  • Hey Steve, what a great message. So very true! 5 ***** Man brother, I have not heard that truth since I lived in Calif. The simple, plain, clear truth of Gods word. Thank buddy.

  • sir! i thank you.. 5*****

  • also i wanted to add. "christian" now days is just a word people use to to make themsleves feel better about not actually being a true christian. the definition of christian is christ-like, and most "christian" are far from being christ like. just like you said, being a whitness to the gospel is what makes you a christian.

  • 5 ***** bro !! right on !!

  • most churches are just businesses.

  • All of us 'have' a genius watch?v=1q0_e7rOd7k, listen this ladies speech, unable to send dunno why, In relation, when in gospel church everyone sings and your spirit uplifts and this happens in many churchs, but with darwin on the backfoot and rowntree foundation eugenics, they scarred the face of the twentieth century, I hope the next century that the world is allowed to heal..as for christian music I lIke Micheal W Smith RocketTown

  • This is all about giving minorities more 'rights' the majority

    Because only majorities can hate...

If you kill someone, it does matter why you did it?

If you beat someone, does it matter why, wont the bruises hurt the same?

  • You are right bro!

  • A fiduciary to any church (and whom is wealthy) should put a life insurance policy with the their church as the beneficiary. Just saying. And the people do help with tithing. Maybe someday I can share my story (if anyone cares because in reality no one does). If you follow God's rules, you shouldn't have problems unless their natural causes. Thanks for this video. The day anyone goes to jail for expressing THEIR RELIGION, is a problem for anyone.

  • Matthew 24:37

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

I'm pretty sure right now, is exactly the same way it was back then. Homosexuality is rampant, and it is shocking to people if someone speaks out against it.

There is SO MUCH to gain by spreading the word of God! An eternity with our Father! There is so much to lose if we don't.

  • Most great Vid Thanks I love it my brother! So what faith are you????????????????????????? I was a Jw but now nothing but I believe in Jesus is the Truth and the only Way!!!!

  • I'm a Christian who follows Jesus Christ.

    :D

  • I know the full message but I'm still not a Christian. You can tell people they are living in sin all you want but it's still nothing more than an option. There are a lot of religions and they all have an opinion. I don't find an opinion offensive so long as you don't treat other different because of it.

  • Agreed - what you do is up to you. I will not treat you any different than anyone else.

What bothers me is that govt is creating a sub class of citizens where one group/s is getting unequal treatment in regards to law, when we are to all be treated equally.

Murder is wrong no matter what.

    :)

  • I agree with that.

I actually can't figure out why this law is needed at all. We already passed a bills like this.

It seems unnecessary and i don't like vague laws to begin with.

  • Just for the record, since there's been some confusion (not helped by some propaganda sites that seem to be willfully spreading misinformation) -- this law has already been on the books for 40 years. The only difference is that "sexual orientation, gender, and disability" have been added to the language of the bill.

I think it's fine to debate whether the original 1969 law was a mistake, but some activist groups seem to be up in arms only because it now addresses sexual orientation.

  • I agree with you - there are already laws on the books that deal with murder, assault, rape, etc.

Instead of valuing one citizen over another, it would have been better to just increase the punishment across the board for murder, rape, etc so it would be a deterrent and raise the value of ALL ppl.

    :)

  • currently practicing their powers of Bamdwidth Throttling

  • youtube has been sucking lately, i had to refresh this 6 or 7 times before it worked

  • sometimes the video has to finish rendering.
