Oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to argue against what she's saying here and, if anything, agree. I was not trying in any way to respond to her comments. I just can't stand her as a person, and thought it best to voice that here... perhaps ill-advisedly.
I can't stand Couric. She doesn't even write these so-called "notebook" entries. I also hate the way she speaks, how she pauses in the middle of every sentence, like "Blah blah blah blah... blah BLAH blah blah blah." Also, that one thing with her slapping a co-worker because he used the word "sputum" in a report is silly and irrational. Just can't stand her. A journalistic disgrace.

The fact remains that there is nothing in the Constitution about "Executive Privilege". No one should be above the law.
