My brother would steal stuff at fast food restaurants like Carl's Jr. number tags that they put on the table, so they can tell which order it belongs to . Also is it easy to find a job in Tokyo for a foreigner that speaks only English but not Japanese?

We're kinda similar in a way. I lived in Tokyo as a normal Japanese kid for 13 years, and decided to 留学 to Canada (Vancouver). This is my 5th year, and I am planning to stay after I graduate high school. I'm going into Music school too!
