@mazaratialbum The best way to categorize (you can't really categorize somebody who that nice) Scottie is as a point guard. He's built like a forward. He goes to the glass. He'll shoot the 3. But he'll also D up anyone you put in front of him (save for Penny).
i started liking pip in '88...i was 9 then...now im 31....i am so glad to say that i picked the perfect b-ball player to admire because he went to the hall of fame....
tell penny he'll never make it in da hall of fame, lol. : )
@mazaratialbum Pippen was my favorite player since draft day when we were watching & my cousin said, "Hey Jamie look. You just got traded to the Bulls!" I could be him on a 10yr delay. Scottie can shoot, drive, pass, rebound, run the break like none other & defend 1 through 5. He had (has) a level of intellect that most people can't touch.
But let's face it: Penny used to bust Scottie's jock. You're a little younger than me but you're old enough to remember those days.
Damn near jumped over Carr. He went up with authority, but if he had really tried.....Carr would have cried....or died.....and if you think otherwise.....you obviously lied.
It's amazing how many fouls they let go on Pippen's dunks back then. Carr purposely moves in and shoulder chucks Pip right as he dunks. Clear as day on the replay.
pippen can dunk, can steal ,and the best defender i've ever seen.i miss those days....and i dont think there's anyone closer to his game these day's..........
No, he didn't start getting the back problems till the 1998 season cultivating in the playoffs. It was after that for the rest of his career that he had chronic back problems. Besides he had a BETTER season in 97 then he did in 96 so I dunno how can say his prime ended after the 96 season when he had a more productive season the following year.
I'm talking about quickness and vert wise. In 1993 he was injured most of that season which is why his stats and efficiency went down. By teh 1994 season he was a lot more muscular. Look at him from 92 to 94 and you can see he put a lot more muscle into his build. His dunks were more powerful, but he never got as much air as he did when he was lighter back in 92. For his overall game he was absolutely in his prime from 94-97.
i agree because pip went straight up and never moved his arm in da air....either you were gonna block it or not, more than not, you were on da ground, lol.
1992 was definitely Pippens peak as far as the air he got on his dunks and the quickness he had. After this season he started to build more muscle which slightly slowed him down and he didn't get up as much...but he also was more powerful with his dunks.
hell does it really matter?....that dude was lucky he didn't jump....he would have gotten donked on still....no one was gonna block his dunk if they jumped..
The Bulls had won 13 straight games coming in but the Spurs won 109-104 to end the Bulls winning streak. Jordan scored 39 and Pippen scored 21. The Bulls would lose 4 games on a 6 game road trip but finished the season 67-15 and winning their second title.
The spurs lost to the bulls plenty of times too kid. That doesn't mean individual players didn't make great plays in each game. Educate yourself Robinson dick sucker.
amazing...this guy was the king in my opinion : )

Can you imagine how many more career points that Scottie would have, if they
had given him the calls that he deserved.

@Scottie33Pippen they didn't call that back in the day. Nowadays, that same play would be an ejection!

"The Bulls would lose 4 games on a 6 game road trip but finished the season 67-15 and winning their second title."
This was the best Bulls team ever, not the version in the later 90's. I don't care what any of the so-called expert sportswriters say.
