Quick correction to Key 16. It's not <1% of a population (less than one percent?), it's actually the square root of one percent of any given population. Which is a lot different. The square root of one percent of a 1,000,000 is 1,000 (pretty sure). Pretty inspiring since thats a relatively small number even still. Thank god the number isnt substantially higher, and that we dont have to wait for there to be a majority of the people in on the action before any results can happen.
