Well, in my country Thailand tonight some chinese people saluted to the Moon and after all they came knockin' on my door givin' this mooncake to me, a big one I think. I ate it and found the inside has an egg yolk like yours but that part I skipped eatin' it in. The rest, the taste is pretty sweet.
