Wow, old video, I also used to mod Vice City (and GTA 3) back in 2006. That police car seems to be very hard to control, center of mass needs to be configured, lowering it so the center is closer to the ground and also moving it closer to the front to avoid car standing up on 2 wheels when accelerating.

do the mod tires cheat 10 times i counted and thats when it starts fliping its self over anything over and you can take it to the beach and fly around at high speed its awsome the flying car ceat makes it fast than any thing on water air or street its just fun flyin faster than a cop copter and water cheat for full protection lol

You're a big dumb. There was no flying car cheat, only my modified police car. The car is 10x faster than normal, can push any other car away and such. It flew far because of the speed.

The only cheat used was Perfect Handling, because it's difficult to turn with that fast car without it.
