Upgrading a Mini Maglite to an LED

Oh yeah, EVERYBODY WANTS TO KNOW THE LUMENS!!!!!! It's one of the most important pieces of information.

You can buy smaller 50 lumen tactical style flashlights for 10 dollars or less. Ex. Nebo model 5519. it's okay to leave the batteries in why you change the bulb that way you'll know instantly if you chose wisely.

i upgraded mine and the batteries lasted a year

@ryanrrx Thanks only 8 but extends battery life by 20 hours, they have other kits that I think they can upgrade up to 20-30 lumens

@BladesnGear why do you "downgrade" from 12 lumins to 8 ? Only because of the Battery Life ?
