@xservintage Megaman Powered up WAS a revamp of Megaman 1. Its actually quite cool, theres a classic mode which is like the original, a powered up mode which has a difficulty settings for the levels, and you can play as the other robot masters, and to top it off, it has a Level editor! you can even download Roll, Protoman, and Mega! They need to make a Powered up 2!

While I wholly support the idea of letting the children of today experience the classics, forcing them to do something is never a good plan. Why don't you try something less, Dictator-esque, like asking them to at least try the old NES games out, if they like them, then good for them. If they hate them, you can't change that.
