This is NOT the Laura Pausini version of this song. This is the English adaptation by Tim Rice. I remember looking it up once and seeing "La Solitudine, the word I hate to say." I don't like it, I think the meaning of the song is much less beautiful than La Soledad/Solitudine. Then again I find most English songs much less beautiful than their Romance equivalents. :p

I've listened the three version and definitely the italian and spanish version are the best, they are so much alike, because both are romance languajes., but if you liked this one, you should definitely look fot the spanish-italian version.
