  • just a little while more Maria. I hope to meet you in Paradise!

  • mr. uljanow give the order to kill the family! i hope all communist devils burn in hell!

  • Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels started the SHIT.

  • They were beautiful alltogether, but in my opinion Maria iwas the most beautiful one.

  • the king of england could have saved 5 innocent children, may lenin rot.

  • the king of england could have saved 5 innocent children,

  • it's been said that tatiana was the most beautiful of the grand duchesses, but it is MARIA whom i find most captivating...what with those melancholy eyes of hers that gaze intently PAST THE CAMERA LENSES...and through my soul, as if reminding me that a charmed life like hers, all of 19 years, has to come to a tragic end, 92 years ago...but thanks to these images, a thing of beauty, like maria, is a joy forever...

  • @musgrave68 I find too that Maria is the most beautiful of the four. But they're all beautiful. May they rest in peace.

  • Guys please don't call her "Mashka"...

  • honestly I think Maria was the prettiest sister. Her sensitive soul and large eyes are unmatched.

  • I wonder if the children had been younger at the time of the massacre if that would have somehow saved them. Many movies portray them as being young children when they were all nearly grown, except Nastia and Alyosha. Maybe the firing squard wouldn't have been able to kill young children.

Mashka looks like Drew Barrymore at 4:18. This is lovely, Maria is favorite:)

  • @lawofjude She does look like drew barrymore in some photos! except she's prettier than her :)

  • Again a beautiful and artistic video work. Gr. Countess Maria was the kindest and calmest of the OTMA. Sisters called her "Thick kind Tutu":)

  • Sorry. The Romanovs were ABLE to leave Russia. The thing is that They didnt Want to! This exacly is a true love to Motherland and Heroism!

  • @xensand how come they were able to leave Russia?

  • England offered to take them...but the children were sick and during the time everyone was waiting for them to recover, England lost its nerve, got cold feet and took back the offer. They should have moved them even if they were sick! Those ten or so days was the window.

  • No, when the first offer was made children were already healthy....

  • Good Lord! Then what stopped them? I thought Maria , who got sick last, was still sick when the offer came .

  • Maria is my favourite and I am writing a novel about her where she escapes to England and lives for another 80 years. like it should have been for all of them. None of them deserved to die.

  • yeh bt by doin ths pple might forgt wt realy hapnd causin the family mor pain n room fr contruversi n i thnk its cruel tht ur doin ths,is't bdenugh wt hapnd 2 thm but nw r tryin 2 mak re-enact ther lives tht nevr sist 2 be n mak thngs tht shud of hapnd thts incredebly cruel n the fact tht u didnt no thm i say thm because u'll mention thm in the novel bt because u didnt exsperiance life as thm or loved or fund the same pple atractive i erg u 2 thnk about ths seriously before u do ths frm charlie

  • I would be grateful if you could say was it Lloyd-George or George V first said the imperial family could stay in England and then one of them refused. So history books say one or the other? it can be confussing? Although YES % not & children were shot. thank you DiamantaBralova.

  • Yes sorry 5 children. But didn't King George V and Kerensky offer the family safety in England in 1917?

  • @drwho5004 They did at first offer refuge in England. However, the English people began to complain which made George V change his mind and refuse to save the Russian Imperial family. Also, Kerensky never wanted the Romanovs in England.

  • I think it was terrible the 7 children were killed. They should have been saved and brought back to England.

    Why was this not done?

  • Only 5 children were killed, the other two were the parents and there were also four servants. To England? They were Russian Imperial family. England and France refused to take them in, and they loved their country so they wanted to stay there no matter what.

  • @drwho5004 learn history! упокой господь души убиенных.аминь....

  • Anastasia is my favorite, but all of the girls are so beautiful, Maria is definitly the prettiest one. The world did indeed lose 7 amazing and beautiful people on July 18, 1918.

  • Beautiful Ally.

  • Mashka is my favourite! I think she is the most beautiful of them all, and then Olenka. She looks so pretty in the photographs!

  • Mashka looked like an angel! Beautiful tribute.

  • maria es la segunda en belleza
