That's good to see one running! I have the same job to do an a Pari Attak. The replacement wheels were around £200 from Pari but it's amazing that they are still available after all this time! I have a bar magnet missing from one of the pickup arrays so I need to find something suitable. Good luck with the rebuild.
Moreover, when I made the genrator running the motor always became very hot...I think too hot! I hope I will be able to go to Castelfidardo during this month, so I will ask for information and suggestions directly to the productor and to the designer of this instrument.
Now the generator of my organ is completley disassembled because I have to change the springs (some of them were assembled in a wrong way and it improved the wearing effect...). Moreover I have to replace some plastic weels and to lubricate some mechanical devices. I think the main problem in my generator is the excessive friction, because many wheels, also some new ones, had the tendency to break and they remained almost without teeth.
Beautiful video! I bought the same organ, about one year ago, but i still have to finish the "restoration". The springs that drive the tonewheels were in bad condition and one of them was broken, so I still have to change them with a new set...there's still a lot of work to do on my organ but I hope I will soon be able to hear it's electromagnetic sound! (sorry for my bad English...:) )

Why not direct drive? Won't belt slippage, stretch, & wear cause pitch fluctuations?
I think direct drive with a coupler would be better.

@mrunloved Maybe. Tha Hammond tone generator is direct drived with coupler.
