nice video one of my weaknesses is my strength because i can't hold people off the ball so i was gonna work out during the off season so i was wondering when does building muscle and gaining mass interfere with speed or acceleration?
@123yearoldman - Nope it enhances it! Go to my channel and search strength and also search speed - then add those drills to your training routine. Let me know if that helps. I am here to help.
@CR7TeamMIkeTyson - Haha there is always haters everywhere you go. Use them as motivation and just laugh at them. You will always rise above a hater as long as you believe in yourself and don't let them bring you down.
@HGAMES69 - Why do you need hard one on one moves? Just for fun? I am all about effective moves. Look at Messi. He is the best dribbler in the world and he doesn't even use moves just changes of direction and amazing control. Think about it! Do you know what i mean?
@fallenwish2010 - You can but it is very difficult and its not natural and its slow. THats why you should dribble with your laces when moving forward, its more natural nad you can do it in sprinting stride.
One more question which indoor shoes are more confortable the Nike Mercurial Victory II IC - Orange Peel/Metallic Silver/Volt/Metallic Hematite Indoor Soccer Shoes or the Nike5 Elastico - Varsity Red/Solar Red/White Indoor Soccer Shoes???
Hey do you got any advice on improving and starting fresh in your opposite foot im a rightyy what should i do so i can get used to hitting with my left? thank you :]
Every time the ball is on your left side, don't hesitate to use your left. Its all about the number of touches. Think about how many more you have gotten on your right then your left in your life time. All these drills that you do you must do them with both your right and left foot.
Hey I was wondering if you could help me out. I can do alot of tricks but when I get into a game situation I lose myself and my legs just take over. I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. Because when I thinking, the move dosen't work, only when I don't think and let my body take the wheel is when my moves are nice and fluent. I would like your opinion on my situation please. Thanks in advance!
@wasery100 - Thats how it should be. You play your best when you are... in the "zone". But at the same time you need to be calm and relaxed. Notice where the space is and attack it with purpose. If things don't go well just remind yourself that you are more than capable and you will get it next time. It's all about confidence. If your thinking about messing up... you will. If your thinking about succeeding.... you will.
@freestyleandsoccer - Practice practice. Use them in your training. The big thing is not the speed of your stepover. Its your acceleration away from the defender after the move has been made!
thank you im another one subcribed another question can you tell me if i play in the school and in a sunday team not club just a team of league i have possibilities of become a pro or get scoouted and thanks for answer me
@KurapicaHaru - Definitely. But you need to practice a lot on your own. At least a little bit everyday. Keep coming back to this site for more training videos that you can do on your own.
i got a question i practice every day and some times i dont rest on the week thas good or bad another question what make you better training drills or play a lot o official soccer games please answer me
@KurapicaHaru - Both. You need lots of serious training on your own, team training, team games, and just playing for fun. The combination will help you grow incredibly. You do also need rest to recovery properly especially if you are doing lots of physical conditioning. You should have at least one day a week where you don't do any physical activity or soccer and just rest, drink lots of water, and eat well.
@35badboyz - Being muscular will help you on the pitch. It will make you faster and stronger on the ball. As you grow in size you will learn to use your body and improve your performance on the field.
@35badboyz - Practice. Practice. Practice. That's the only advice I can give you. If you want a better left foot you need to work on your left foot. I always practice with both feet equally and never favor one foot or the other.
@35badboyz had the same problem but the last couple of months i´ve been training hard on my left and now its pretty good. Its not at good as my right, but its coming... :) So just practice hard and you will master your left.
@hamet1234 - Exactly. It isn't going to happen over night. But always practice with your weaker foot just as much as your stronger foot and it will slowly improve over time.
great vid, thanks. i remember i used to do these in my sleep at young age, now i consciously think about my moves on the field. life was easier in the past.
@muhammedmyidol - Haha ya but back then you didn't over think the process. It was just about being lost in the moment, In the zone. Don't think about what your going to do..... JUST DO IT!

to dribble successfully a defender you must remain calm. if you do so, you have better chances to pass your opponent.

@messiteo96 - Exactly. You can't be panicked or you will have bad touches and end up loosing the ball.
