It is some shitty old rougeish optimizer from about 2005 and is packed with VERY VERY MALWARE LIKE EXE PACKER CALLED ASProtect 2.0

Also it wants $50 for a full version

Actually Tuneup utilities is a legit program, it's one of the few tune up tools that will do something... not much, but something. I still would'nt use it unless it was an uber slow pc.
