You don't live here so l can't necessarily blame you, but you're failing to see a paradigmatic shift in US race relations heralded in by the election of Obama. Essentially his presidency is one that completes the racism reversal, as most US racism - structurally and socially - is now seen as black-on-white and others (Norton & Sommers, 2011).

Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder (drastically underqualified, widely believed to have been selected because he is black) has refused to prosecute federal hate crimes against black perpetrators. At all. Even in clear-cut cases of racial voter intimidation, he has stated that he cannot condemn "my people" aka do his job in color-blind fashion. 2. "kill whitey" lynchmobs roaming unchecked hundreds-strong in big cities.

Same for any other "race" or group. These issues aren't so black-and-white. The narratives from within ghetto thug are polarizing, however. If you are white, you're the enemy. Light-skinned black? You aren't real. Excel in your studies? You're "actin white". etc etc. Get it? You question is irrelevant.

White racism is still a problem, but mainly in places like Europe (where many footballers are thrown bananas and derides as monkeys) and in your neck of the woods where "bogan" mobs actively search out immigrants and the indigenous for beatings.
