great vid gaz , ive done pen y ghent loads of times but never plover hill , thats on my to do list this winter cheers mate :)

@clunk291 Cheers for your comments, I'd never done Pen-y-ghent and there is plenty of walks to pick but really enjoyed this one. We did the route the reverse way because the cloud was low to start with but the weather was kind to us and lifted just at the right time!

The plateau between Pen-y-ghent and Plover Hill is very boggy though!!! Great fun!

Good pics...I see you game a across the mud lakes! Witnessed a few people try to perform a miracle and run across them when we were there...didn't end happily for them

@Constantius3 Yes, the claggy plateau of Plover Hill and Pen-y-ghent!!! I had a few episodes why walking across though managed.......... just!!! Hehehe
