They should make another Tomb Raider called: Tomb Raider 9: The Reprisal Of Winston.
Summary: After centuries of torment and neglect Winston the Butler the feeble and wrinkled servant to Lara Croft fights back. One night Winston crept into Lara's Treasure Room, and with a sack in hand, stole the artifacts she had retrieved many years ago on her adventures. But just as he was about to flee from the Manor, Lara had caught him red-handed, but little does she know Old Winny is armed.
Then the rest of the game could be about her pursuing Winston around the globe, ending up in London, where they have a showdown in Winston's Lair, a tearoom where the people he has served in previous years are seen dead or dying in their chairs, and after she defeats him, she exits the tearoom and into the street where Winston's mercenaries who are similar to Winston, in his attire, are seen shooting at her with firearms, their tea trays shielding Lara's bullets.
I just discovered that this bug lets Lara get under the fence at the sniper tower area of Area51 of TR3. This works only from outside in, so you must get outside with the position editor or possibly the flying cheat; so this is a PC-only trick.

When you say "move down", do you mean swim down or tilt her head down? Please describe in terms of pressing Jump, Forward, and Back.

It's like you said. Float upright in the corner, facing slightly left. Hold only the Swim key; Lara will duck her head and then be higher out of the water, but her breath meter keeps dropping. Release Swim, and hold Forward; Lara will lower her head. As she reaches horizontal, she will suddenly shift to the right and be imbedded in the wall. Now hold both Swim and Forward; she will tilt forward until she is almost head down, and suddenly launch out of the pool. Turning right is harder.
It works at some other watery corners, but with slightly different action. Unfortunately, it always seemed to require the land to be near the level of the the water, so I don't think it could be called "useful".
You just need to jump in the water, make Lara face the corner of the pool, swim up to it, then dive down. Keep making her swim as you make Lara go up, this'll make you get stuck in the wall. Then, move Lara downward (do not press the swim button), and then swim when you are finished moving down. Then, POOF! Out she comes!

Ha ha! You know, if you lock him in the freezer, there's a RARE glitch when you can hear him groan when you're like far away from the house (like doing the obstacle course). It's really, really creepy!!

Actually, this is the well-known "corner bug", which can be reproduced in every similar corner in the game (and in a few other TR games too).
You can use this bug to get on top of the house in the training level :)
