Yes, you use editing software to do this. You change the background on the psp screen to green and basically change the green on the psp screen to the background of the room (or whatever location you are in) with the chroma key (green screen) effect.

I set the background on the PSP to green and in the editing software I used chroma key (green screen effect) to replace the green on the PSP screen with the background of the room.
