Just my personal opinion, I think these banks should wait until at least 120 days past due to actually repossess collateral. One of these guys was just over 2 months late which in my opinion is too soon for a repossession. Anybody else agree?
@USARealMan - I disagree. The people who loan you the money to afford such property don't do it because they want to be your friend. They do it to make money, end of story. Via contractual agreement they can technically repo your property upon missing the first payment but out of courtesy they give you longer usually. Every day you have not paid off the loan they gave you they are losing money. I think 2 months is adequate time to figure out what you're doing, one way or another.

And I did nothing wrong, I didnt get fired, I didnt fuck anything up at all. And we lost it all. To the point of moving into my PARENTS HOME for the first time since I was 15 years old. I literally never paid 1 single RENT payment (always owned since I was 18) until 4 months ago. Im 30.

Problem is when the repo company is not doing their job right, and they send a thug to someones home to take their car, when they HAD THE WRONG HOUSE and the repo guy thought I was lying. I had to call the police on him because he actually didn't believe me and came back again. So, if you're going to track people down, please find the right debtors! I actually went online and FOUND the right guy they were looking for on Facebook, I called the repo company and gave them the correct info!
