  • haha i did this using my guitar and amp as weight and then my sword as those are the only heavy things in my room

  • i find it is very difficult to follow the sequence,

    especially during the dumbbell squats and the hit-it

    have to practice more.

  • Ill use protein or products like NO XPLODE to help intensify my workout... but never supplement until you already have instilled proper eating habits! :)

  • when you do the dumbbell squats, do you keep your feet flat on the ground? i tried and for some reason i keep having to lift up with the front of my foot (like in tiptoe.)

    And of course running.

    My absolute favorite exercise for "Love Handles" are these "'round the world Crunches" things...

    They probably have a more professional name but if so I don't know what it's called =]

    Anyway, I'm in a contest to get fit in three months.

    My whole food meal plan is complete.

    These are a bit too easy,

    would you happen to know some more intense?

    I mean, I'm not super fit, but I have been exercising daily since I was 13.

  • My family/friends think I'm addicted to exercise and have an eating disorder because I don't overeat and eat pie and care about my body too much unlike 'normal people.'

    My mom is also still upset I chose not to be a medical doctor...for the 50,000th time.

    I also had to explain that it's not turkey that makes you tired, it's the fact you didn't eat anything all day and then binged on food which causes a huge insulinemic response which knocks people out in front of the TV after thanksgiving.
