My family/friends think I'm addicted to exercise and have an eating disorder because I don't overeat and eat pie and care about my body too much unlike 'normal people.'
My mom is also still upset I chose not to be a medical doctor...for the 50,000th time.
I also had to explain that it's not turkey that makes you tired, it's the fact you didn't eat anything all day and then binged on food which causes a huge insulinemic response which knocks people out in front of the TV after thanksgiving.
I think that I just need yo say thank you. I think that what your doing is just such a great thing. I think that I may use this to help start me on the right track.

I added crunches to mine .
And of course running.
My absolute favorite exercise for "Love Handles" are these "'round the world Crunches" things...
They probably have a more professional name but if so I don't know what it's called =]
Anyway, I'm in a contest to get fit in three months.
My whole food meal plan is complete.
These are a bit too easy,

I mean, I'm not super fit, but I have been exercising daily since I was 13.
