for this song I used propellerhead Reason 4... i think it's a great audio workstation... i want to start using cubase though, but cubase is a little bit harder to use. :-P
the song is original... i had finished this song just before starting the animation project... so it was perfect timing i guess... I will upload the full song on my soundclick account once I fully master it (cause i think the audio levels at the beginning still need some mastering to be done)... in any case, thanks for the feedback :-) I will let you know once the song is done so that you can download it for free :-)
