For example, the "Spiral Staircase" text. Let's say it turns faster than I want it to, how can I make it spin more slowly?

It looks to me that you're positioning the video and not the text. I can't figure out how to move the title inside the video "frame".

Nope I'm just moving the text, I could have had some video footage behind the text, which wouldn't have been effected, text is on its own timeline.

Hey, how would I get my text to stay in one spot as the camera pans across? Like, have it against a wall, but stay stationary as the camera pans.
