  • That is NOT how you make a cheesesteak. You are doing too much with green peppers and what not.

    Your meat is frozen? Fail. LOL. Geno is turning over in his grave or Pat. Can't remember which one is gone. You have to chop that meat up fine like really do some fancy work with that. It has to look almost like ground beef. Lose the green peppers. Onion are a personal choice but you chop them with the meat THEN place the cheese on there. I pray you use an Amoroso roll or else...

    You can do it!

  • @GusFogle If you buy cheese steaks at a fair, I've noticed they use this same method with the frozen meat etc ... and they're pretty good :) With that being said, I've never cooked one of these with frozen meat, and mine are pretty damn tasty as well ;-)

  • Your meat looks terrible...but it looks similar to your wifes beef curtains...buon appetiteass.
