the last American prodigy was Tim Osman and he ended up president of the United states after some photoshop and masterminding a terrorist attack (apparently)
Part of the problem is these youngsters do dribble up the entire opposition when they show potential at such a young age then parents put the ballhoggers on youtube, This kid brings his team mates into the game whenever he can. Good awareness and movement, hope he makes it all the way to the top. unlike lots of other 'wonder' kids who's parents/coaches showcase them on here as they play as individuals, Its a team sport, when a kid has such raw talent the coaches should encourage teamwork.
To be fair the man in the middle number 10 i think? Is a good player he looks up and sprays it around the field. Takes the ball in every position he can and always looking for space.
just watch how he positions himself as a center midfielder(holding midfielder). He positions himself VERY well and he controls and holds the ball just as a barcelona center midfilder would. Barca sign players that they think would fir their style of play and they obviously didnt sign him because he was bad. You cant expect the kid to be messi or cristiano ronaldo, hes only 10 years old.
IMUSTBEMAGIC shut the fuck up those kids are good special their center mid. Also u can tell by the way they play that they are probably an elite Californian team and btw us I bet ur a fat bitch who knows nothing about football/soccer
@ 98raza20 accually half of every youth acadamy players will become pro whether if its with tht team or not and mos of Barca youth talent becomes good and hopefully this american full fill the greatness of beein a pro soccer player or footballer
People are getting a bit worked up aren't they? La Masia is like any other academy in Europe (admittedly probably the most successful), only a minority of players will ever sign professional contracts, and then a small percentage of them will become European top level league players, and then a even smaller percentage of them will go on to be world class players like Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Pedro ect the chance of this kid becoming a pro are small, becoming an american messi incredibly unlikely.
They're playing a "3-1-3" formation, and the 10 year old American kid is playing the central distributing midfielder. He shows a lot of potential, like a mini Xavi. I forgot to mention that he is 'American', meaning good news and a good bright future (no jinks) for the USMNT. Fingers crossed this kid make it.
@bajskorv1129 sorry you fat american idiot the other half of the world doesn't have to sit their balls and have millions, they have to work and a have a thing called bad economy in certain country's , piefucker.
@bajskorv1129 I guess Americans do not like investing in good fields when it comes to football. They prefer investing in baseball, American Football, and basketball.
@bajskorv1129 Are you sure its not in someplace else were they dont have money to have good fields? unlike the usa were they have money and spoil kids with 220 doller cleats?
I could have gotten a sign from Aston Villa when I was 10 it was 2004. But my parents turned them down because I was too young and I live in Sweden. But at least I have something to brag about to my friends lol. It is amazing knowing that a scout actually watched me play when I was a kid.
@91honan What? I don't understand. Are you calling me a lier? I don't care what you say. Of course you won't believe me if you have never seen me play, but I doesn't matter to me when my club knows it already.
You don't have to know about "this soccer thing" to know what Barcelona is. It's the second biggest city in Spain, and home of FC Barcelona, one of the most famous soccer teams.
