@NeonUnicronz what would you use out of all the sounds in massive.. you wouldnt use dirrty talk or modern talk.. right? what is the best one thanks :D
Please make more videos showing how to make sweet shit like this!
Enough of the cheesy electro "complextro" shit that I would've thought was cool like 5 years ago, come on now. More funky classic synths in the style of Classixx, Breakbot, Cherokee, Bit Funk, JNL_Cinemafunk... either that or more Passion Pit/The Naked and Famous/M83 synths or.. more Dutch House/Moombahton/Mad Decent type shit.... you are a talented producer and I don't know why the fuck you're making "complextro", why?
@ChaosturnMusic Whatever, it does the job for free, so why not? :D You would be stupid to buy it without testing it , there are enough other pro vst's to buy, so i rather just get this one free.
@JoachimGorrebeeck Yeah me too. Update to version 1.1.5 (There is one on pirate bay with many seeders). If you have troubles with it just go to it's appdata folder and delete the NIMassiveDataBase file btw. My comp crashed when i used massive and i tried to reinstall and update and evrything for a month until i found the solution :) It happens pretty often with pirated massive's.
@ShogunOfficial Its called a "cutoff" usually in the form of an envelope. Your DAW (digital audio workstation) allows you to implement these into your songs.
i was wondering if there is another oscillator that is similar to the Pulse Saw PWM because my massive doesn't have that! please respond, thank you :)
at the end in the macro section you lift the second nob to make that make automation sound.. but is it possible to make an automation clip for that..? (at the end where you adjust the nob)
@OfficialGMayhem When in Massive click on the arrow pointing down button in the left upper corner to get in a menu. There you click "Browse parameters" and in FL, on the left, a list will appear with all the parameters from massive. Now when you lift the second knob you are talking about, FL will highlight the parameter in the list on the left. Now you can right click on that parameter and click "Create automation clip"... If that is what you mean.
@OfficialGMayhem Another way, basicly the same. Is go to your FL browser list on the left side, go to generators, go to Massive and then turn the knob you want to automate to get it highlighted in the browser list.
what kind of synth/sound are u using for the intro song in the first five seconds haha im trying to make some sounds like that, unless its just a clip from a real song. lol i love funky guitar sounds :)
RAD! I'm automating a few parameters but using this as a solid starting point for this lyrically incestuous electro-house/psychedelic rock song I wrote. It took me a lot of tutorial video searching to find this.
I don't see some of the preset files that you have when you clicked on what sound you want to use. is it just the version I have or did you download those somewhere
Hey dude i wanted to know because ive been looking EVERYWHERE and cant find it, can you make the funky synth in the song Super Funk by nostalgia? its the synth that comes right after the basslines in the intro. so can you do it please??

@verduras Preset pack after I finish 10 sounds so I can also save myself some time :) but keep in mind, I make videos like these so you can see how I went through creating the sound. It helps to see what each knob and fx does so that sooner or later you won't have to watch tutorials like these anymore.
@SteezTracks Oh awesome, every 10 sounds is perfect! Sorry for wasting your time with a useless comment, I shoulda just looked around. Don't get me wrong, the tutorials are SO helpful for learning and it's greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! :)
@verduras the point of him showing the video is as the title says, a "how to" its supposed to show you how to make a style of sound not how to copy an exact sound.
@elixer6x6x6 thank you for your words of wisdom, but I never questioned the point of the videos. I agree that they are great for showing the steps, and I understand that they are showing you how to create a style of sound, but the final sound created in the video IS a specific sound, and I could either achieve it by watching the video and rote adjusting the nobs, or I could click Load Preset... one of those options is slightly less time consuming.

Love this sound, thanks a lot. I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on the drop sound from Yogi Feat. Ayah Marar - Follow You (Trolley Snatcha Remix) at 56 seconds. Thanks.
@rmurphy313 I'll look into it! Dubstep sounds are usually more complex than these sounds because they are processed again and again. What I mean is that for their big drop, most dub producers make a sound in something like massive, but then resample it again and again with different effects to make it just sound monstrous. I'm too lazy to do this technique much but I have experimented and it might be a much longer tutorial then the ones I've been making.
@SteezTracks Cheers mate. Even if you just keep doing what your doing I'm happy though :) Just added Ableton to Reason and rewiring the two so I get to use Massive as a beginner and these tutorials help out a lot.
