use the tip of the blade, it takes a little practice you have to have a good feel of the puck to get it just right.

Patrick Kane is a bigger bust than Stamkos. Stamkos only got 10minutes per game some nights, and didn't work the power play, and still got 23 Goals to Kane's 25. Assists don't matter as Kane was a Top Liner, while Stamkos grinded. Stamkos surrounded by a healthy St.Louis and Lecavlier will have more productive seasons than Patrick Candy Kane.

Tampa Bay can not afford to pass up on Stamkos. While it is true that Doughty would fill a need more than Stamkos would, SS has the potential to be an instant impact player that could really do some damage. I'm not saying that Doughty can't, but the sheer talent differential is huge. Stamkos is far more talented and HAS to be chosen at the top of the draft.

Seriously though, you can't pass up on Stamkos. He is just too talented, and although he doesn't fill a need for the Bolts like Doughty would, he is extremely talented and has the potential to be an immediate impact player. It's not like Tampa has a great deal of depth. A 2nd line center could really change the dynamics and make that second line dangerous, giving Vinny and Marty some back up.
