So how did you time your voices to fit the clips nicely? You probably pre-recorded them but how did you keep your lines at the perfect length? Did you watch the vid while recording?

Yeah. IMovie plays the vid automatically as you record voices....but we figured this out more than halfway through the creation of the vid....so...
We were just lucky I guess :P.
