The 16th Notes are originaly played on the High-Tom and the Snare in the Beat is doubled at the first off-beat and at the second off beat one snare-hit, then again two hits and so on just look some other drum-covers and maybe you will understand what i mean, just a little help ;)
Your solo is OK but when you play "Time" you need to keep the same tempo. Listen to it while keeping time and you will see what I mean.
