ha ha ha all Gas Frac is is H2O Soap,Nitrogen and a clay control wow you guys don't even know anything about it. plus the gas wells are about 10000 ft i'd like to see a water well that pulls from anything that is deeper than 1000 ft.. PS i'm a supervisor on a frac crew and please do some ground water testing and find out if any chemicals are there before you try to make assumptions..

I am very curious to know what he's saying while its fuzzy. It very well may be, as the chart expains, "no evidence that [fracking]... has resulted in any contamination of [Groundwater]." The truth is IT DOES, and simply can't continue.

The cost to the residents, regarding the contaminated groundwater they are expect to just live with, shouldn't be allowed to be pushed on the public for private profit. These cost should be internalized through a pigovian tax. This way it can truly compete with the wind, solar, and other alternatives. I want the CHEAPEST ENERGY DANG IT!! haha its the AMERICAN way!!

This man recieves a lot of his campaign funds funds from large oil & gas corporations . America may have a lot of natural gas deposits but we should ask ourselves whats the REAL cost of extracting it? Forbes magazine called "water the new oil" for the twenty-first century, its very valuable and scarce (only 2.5% is fresh). It is clear that the cost is very high when water, residents near the drilling stations rely on, is found to be contaminated with methane, hydrocarbons, and 2-BE.

@ier1cki-I would argue that fact. YES, he was a CEO of Halliburton before he took the position of vice-pres. Did you know he was FORCED to sell his stock before the campaign? Perhaps that's what funded it! Did you also know that they are testing the use of "recycled" (dirty) water from waste treatment plants (the water has been processed, and is now "clean") to preserve our watertables? I do. I have done the research. I strongly suggest you do the same.
