It's okay, it's pretty clean and you get points for using KG panels and pitbull, but I don't like the placing of your unit frames and I've seen way better.

MSBT is on default setup, and looks horrible, u also dont have a target of target frame.... naaa that ui isnt really the best ui out there:P

@iwar87 Ill have to agree MSBT doesnt look the best, but he does have a target of target frame, shows it at the beginning. hes just attacking a training dummy, and those dont target people...

No point in showing abilities that don't have a cooldown, waste of space. The abilities going across looks cool, but it's not as helpful as just looking at a numeral to display how much time is left on a cooldown.

There are several addons like that. I use Coolline cooldowns, but than there is a little bar where the icons move on. :)
