Are these people really that stupid? Should they be trusted to run the state government or voting oversight if they can't figure out that the voters who wrote in "Mickey Mouse" and "Lizard People" are making a statement of dissent against a corrupt government?

I certainly don't want to see disenfranchisement of anyone...but I confess to some degree of the one guy's frustration, what is so hard about filling out a ballot.

Yes, count and recount. but how about voter education, or even civics class.
