She is really good with these videos but very rarely give the other girls any credit, you would think she was a one woman show the way she talks ;-)

@blingkid00 Good question!! I've thought about that- but ideally, I think you want that those clips to be "STILL"- for example, if I just slid across the floor, you would see inevitably see my hands move as I pushed myself. So it's best to pause and take a "picture" in stop motion :)

@blingkid00 I find it to be most helpful in life to pose a question to one's self before posing it to anyone else. Questions can pop into a person's head at the speed of light but that doesn't mean that they have actually thought about the solution. Ask yourself the question, think about it, and if you can honestly not find the answer then seek guidance from your peers... This is a method I like to call "Thinking! Then, Speaking" I encourage you to practice as much as possible............
