I can't remember what the name of the song I sang to them was, but when I was about half way through it I heard one of the girls say something and then they all started laughing. I'm not digging the ornamentation you did to the song on the words dancing and gracefully. It makes it seem frail and breathy and doesn't add to the effect. Besides, the notes just sound wrong. Judging by the length of the notes in the original song, I'm almost positive they were held out as a suspension against the accompaniment and adding the ornamentation takes that away. Other than that beautiful work. Love the rest of what I've heard.

I released an original album last November (self-produced, but at least I'm living my dream) If you're ever curious, I have a video up of me singing live and playing many of my instruments...basically showing my recording process. It's my "Cleyra Settlement" upload.

@iAmNoAtheist if you had had any true knowledge or experience in the musical profession you would know the difference between alot of practice and the cheap technological way that 90% of popular musicians use nowadays, and i can tell you that katethegreat is using a mixture of natural talent and practice. just listen closely and you should be able to tell.

@iAmNoAtheist not really all you need is to train your ears for example, try listening to orchestrated music and trying to find the sound of a paticular instrument after a while you will be able to tell no problem. the same applies to singers just listen to someting from todays pop and then listen to something that you know is natural, the variations are subtle, but there. Besides I only had 3 years of public school band on the drums, I just listen and pay attention. Wishing the best of luck.
