  • This drill makes perfect sense, as the jump is to over simulate the final leg drive on the coming block. I like this.

  • it's a plyometric movement, the basis of plyometrics is increasing explosive power. The drill also teaches.."transition of power"...from a running position to transitioning your movement in order to make contact.
